The Flight Centre sorted our flights and hotel out very well, the only thing with regards to booking our flight seats was, there was an extra charge for both the flight out and our return. While the hotel was lovely, the local area was not quite as nice as I had hoped, but overall very pleased.
Catrina Johnson handled our flights, she was excellent. When we contacted her to ask questions she answered them so quickly. We had a few flights, London to Singapore to Australia then to Bali and then return flights. Thank you Catrina we had a great holiday.Amanda Dobbyn
Daisy, I believe, identified quickly with my requirements and produced an appropriate itinerary. I discussed the itinerary with my travelling companion and my Australian host family, after which I requested changes. Those changes were promptly applied and the whole process was easy.
