I never write any reviews, but my personal experience with this company and especially with Alisha has been nothing but professional, resourceful and extremely efficient. So please.... don't believe any bad reviews, as I can vouch for their professionalism, excellent customer service and relentless hard work.After I experienced a number of difficulties and having to postpone my trip so many times, Alisha was extremely kind and understanding of my personal circumstances and went out of her way to find the best solutions for me on numerous occasion. They were always accomodating and caring. I would surely have lost my money if it were for another company, because I amended my booking so many times. But no, not with this company. Instead they worked tirelessly to find ways of helping me find the best options, until my e-tickets were sent to me yesterday.This is proof that good human beings still exist! I highly recommend using this company for flights or holidays. Trust me, you won't be disappointed . They will go out of their way to help you. Thanks again Alisha!
This people are scammers; they will attract you with low fares, then they will say the price is gone. Tge fares will then be increased and you are asked to pay deposit. Once paid, when you try to pay the balance, the ticket price is increased considerably. You will end up losing your deposit or paying an increased price despite telling you previously that the price will not increase once fares confirmed and deposit paid. I ended up losing my deposit as the flight I paid deposit for was not available at the price agreed
This is trap. They advertise cheap tickets then tell you scam sentence please pay deposit fast to block the price. However when it comes to issuing the tickets and paying the balance they charge you more than airlines itself. This is pure scam. Worst they tell you will get refund its one week I am still waiting for my refund of my deposit. DONT WASTE your time such crap mediocre lying cheating flights booking service. THEY ARE WORST booking service in world.I finally got my refund after a week from this company but I would not advise anyone to book with them unless you have money to throw. They will collect downpayment for flights and wont have any follow up for the rest of the booking. The customer service is appalling. They will try and intimidate you and even speak to you patronisingly. For asking for a refund their parting words were- We will see you in court . Absolute joke. Avoid as much as you can. They have been reported. In response to your reply: the best that you can come up is I’m a fake reviewer. And it’s just a coincidence that people who have given you negative reviews had exactly the same experience as I did. Do better. You don’t need to sort my problem , I’ve booked somewhere else and my bank refunded me the downpayment that you refused to refund.
