The night bus N743 (direction Brussels North) scheduled to depart from Bordeaux Paludate at 20:55 on 1 December 2024 never came to the station. The passengers received a notification that the bus was 2 hours late, but at around 22:00 it disappeared from the station screen and live tracking was showing that the bus had already left the station, although the passenger who was waiting at the station stated that the bus had never passed there. At least 9 passengers were stranded at a very uncomfortable station under a bridge with no facilities and no communication from Flixbus for several hours. Finally they were obliged to find alternative routes to their destinations, which resulted in extra costs for some and being late for work the next day for others. This is totally unacceptable.
I need to address the immense lack of respect from the driver. Once again, you outsourced the trip to a subcontracted company, Casmatrans. I left Vukovar at 5:30 in the morning, and my intention was to sleep until Zagreb because the journey would take 5 hours. While I was sleeping on the bus, the substitute driver woke me up rudely, touching and hitting my leg forcefully to wake me up. Since the bus was empty, I used the seat next to me to feel more comfortable, and he acted like that, speaking to me in a language I don’t even understand (Croatian), leaving me humiliated in the bus.I was extremely scared and remained in a state of panic for the rest of the trip. A driver should never touch a passenger, especially not in such a brutal manner. This is completely unacceptable, especially towards a woman—it could even be a police matter!This neglect and inappropriate behavior from this subcontracted company in the region happens repeatedly. I will no longer purchase tickets with FlixBus for these reasons. When we buy a ticket, you don’t inform us of this outsourcing, and we end up facing these unpleasant surprises, dealing with unqualified people who disrespect us and act as if they are doing us a favor.It’s truly absurd! I would even prefer to be reimbursed for the ticket cost given this complete lack of consideration.
My work cellphone was left on a bus seat on November 5. Since then, it has been a nightmare trying to retrieve it. The only response I receive is an apology, followed by the explanation that they can't do anything more and that I need to wait for a branch worker to report my device and contact me. This is the worst lost-and-found service in the world, and the worst part is that they don't seem to care at all. Try to avoid their service!
