I want to share my experience with the service, as I was let down by their dynamic pricing and overall service quality. We had booked a return trip between two cities but realized shortly before departure that the date was incorrect. When I attempted to change the date about 24 hours prior, the initial price difference was €119. Since this was quite a significant amount, I took a moment to consider it. When I reopened the app shortly after, the price had jumped to €133. Concerned it might increase further, I booked right away. Out of curiosity, I continued to monitor the prices for the same bus, and here’s what I noted: 10:06 – €133, 10:09 – €148.76, 10:11 – €151.76, 10:15 – €151.76 (an increase of nearly 28% in just 9 minutes), and 14:56 – €144.76 (possibly after an algorithm reset). Such rapid price changes seem excessive and unfair, pressuring customers to book immediately. Additionally, the reliability of the service was lacking. The bus to one city was about an hour and a half late, with no apology or explanation provided. This lack of accountability was both surprising and frustrating. What complicates matters for customers is the limited alternatives available. On several routes, the service appears to have a near-monopoly, leaving travelers with few options. It’s surprising that other platforms do not cover these routes. In the absence of real choices, these pricing practices and service standards feel even more unjust. While the service may offer convenience, this experience reveals significant issues with their pricing.

I had a very disappointing experience. My bus was delayed without any notification, forcing me to buy a ticket for another bus. The app indicated that my bus arrived on time, which was misleading. My complaints have gone unanswered, and I received no explanation for the inaccurate information provided. I plan to file a complaint with the authorities. I requested a refund twice, which was denied, and their responses were unsatisfactory. There's no customer service to speak of, so I wouldn't recommend reaching out here. I have been traveling regularly with this service between two cities for the past month. My ticket is for 9 PM, and until today, drivers had always allowed me to board the earlier service without issue (same ticket price). However, today, one driver refused me entry despite the bus being mostly empty. This is unacceptable, especially considering the frequent delays (10, 20, sometimes even 30 minutes) that customers are expected to tolerate. Yet, when a small act of flexibility could assist a customer, the rules suddenly become strict. This inconsistency shows a lack of respect. Cheap tickets are not worth it if you’re treated as if you don’t matter. I opted for an alternative service instead. I strongly recommend reconsidering booking with them.
The service has made notable enhancements in the quality of their buses. They are now comfortable and clean, making travel a pleasure. The bus conductors are highly conscientious and attentive, taking their roles seriously. However, it's crucial to have an announcement at the beginning of the journey reminding passengers to maintain silence. I heard this announcement once, but it should be consistently enforced for those who may not respect the quiet.

The service was consistently late, often by up to 2 hours, causing me to lose a significant amount of time and money, as well as missing my connecting transport. Even the restrooms were not always functional. Customer service over the phone was also very poor. I will not be purchasing any more tickets and would prefer to buy more expensive train tickets to avoid delays.
I found the service to be unprofessional. They are refusing to refund my money despite my trip being canceled. I booked a journey, but the operator canceled it. Now, both companies keep directing me to contact the other, with no one taking responsibility. I still haven't received my refund. Because of this cancellation, I had to spend much more on a taxi and train just to return home. This experience was terrible, extremely unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be using this service again and do not recommend it.
I was very disappointed with a nearly 10-hour trip. They advertise Wi-Fi on their buses, which is not true, and this has happened multiple times! The drivers also did not communicate well about breaks. This long journey was far from enjoyable! You can't advertise Internet access and fail to provide it! Their automatic responses to complaints show a lack of seriousness, as they don’t even address my specific concerns. This is quite unprofessional.
I purchased round-trip tickets for a one-day trip, but the bus was over an hour late arriving at the departure point. This delay disrupted our entire itinerary, causing us to miss our reserved time slot at a museum for which we had already purchased tickets. This not only led to financial loss but also greatly affected our experience. The company refused to provide any compensation for the damages incurred. I will not be using their services again.
