They advertise the bus with toilet. But there is not! Actually they closed this facility, as always. Passengers are in desperation. No respect fornthe elderly who need to pee. The ladies must refrain. That's so terrible, as there is no toilet at the departure point (in my case Levallois-Perret), nor at the arrival in Cabourg. There is a brief pee break on the highway. I shall use FlixBus one more time , as they have a direct bus Paris to Cabourg, next week-end. I the toilets do not operate, I shall sue them
FlixBus is dangerous and incompetent. On June 23rd, my bus from Paris to Brussels turned into a nightmare: • The driver abandoned the bus, leaving us stranded on the motorway in the middle of the night. • No communication, no safety measures, just passengers exposed to speeding trucks and cars. • Police had to intervene, and we waited hours for a replacement driver. • FlixBus refused to take responsibility, ignored my complaints, and only refunded my ticket (€26.97) after weeks of chasing them.This company is a risk to passengers’ lives. Avoid at all costs!
Bus was on time, clean and comfortable. Extremely rude driver. Customer in front of me in the boarding queue politely asked (in French) if they could board. Driver said “no” and continued talking to his colleague. When I tried to board he pointed to my shopping bag and said , rudely, “put that in the hold”, I didn’t know there was a no food policy - he could have politely explained. Another solo passenger asked for help loading her bags - he just said “put your bags in the hold” very rudely. My husband offered to help her instead. Even if there is a questionable policy of not helping customers with their hold baggage, there is no excuse for not speaking to customers in a friendly and polite manner. 1 Feb 14:30 Lyon - Grenoble
The concerned authorities needs to look into the affairs of this company it appears they have been scamming alot of people lately without taking responsibility for their misconduct. Their policy statement is false and never reflects their actions. Today 28/01/2025 my bus from Brussels to Paris had more than 1:30min delayed arrival causing us to miss our connecting bus. They just left us stranded to look for alternative bus and they don't want to pay for the Uber ride that took me from Bercy seine to La defense to connect to another bus. It's high time this company get sued for all the damages.
