I booked a bus to an airport, but they canceled the ride. Now, when I try to claim a refund, they are asking for excessive personal details such as date of birth, place of birth, nationality, full address, and proof of ID. This is unreasonable for a refund of €11.98. I find this very disappointing.
The cabin was very clean, but the driver was not helpful when I inquired about stops for my destination. I had to find a taxi to the airport, which cost me €85. Wi-Fi was not functional, and there were no snacks or drinks available for purchase. However, I must say that the driver was experienced in driving—fast but safe. This direct route was appreciated.
I had my first booking with this service and was disappointed. After paying and packing my bags, they canceled my trip the night before without explanation. When I requested a refund, they issued a voucher instead and denied my refund request. I will not be using them again.
I used Flixbus on 6th of November 2025 from Dijon to Lyon. It was the first stop. We arrived to our destination 40 minutes late because the driver decided to do a huge break in a service and took too long.I understand buses may do breaks but that one was too long. Plus, there was no apologies. That was the bus 1501 departing from Dijon at 8:00. It was supposed to arrive at 10:30 but we ended up arriving at 11:06I would recommend to use the Flixbus only if you have no more choice/option. If travelling by train or Blablacar is a few euros more expensive, I strongly would recommend travel with them.Flixbus is not reliable nor professional

É catastrófico, comprei um bilhete de Lisboa para Sofia, tive que apanhar três autocarros e cobraram-me bagagens em cada um dos autocarros, portanto quatro dias de viagem de autocarro pelo mesmo preço do avião. Além disso, disseram que havia wifi, mas não havia. Fizemos apenas uma pausa de dez minutos num local deserto, sem comida nem bebida, numa viagem de Paris para Munique, partida às 5h25 e chegada às 6h da manhã. Agora vou partir para 24 horas de autocarro sem tomada? Além disso, o meu assento está tão solto que consigo segurá-lo com a mão, está completamente descolado. Vou tirar fotos. É muito grave, sinceramente é a primeira e última vez que uso esta companhia. Da primeira vez perderam a minha bagagem, deram-na a outro cliente, dei o benefício da dúvida, pode acontecer, mas agora é grave. Also, they said there was WiFi, but there wasn’t. We only had one 10-minute stop in a deserted place with no food or drink on a trip from Paris to Munich, departing at 5:25 AM and arriving at 6 AM. And now I’m about to take a 24-hour bus ride without any power outlets? Also, my seat is so loose that I can hold it with my hand, it’s completely detached. I’m going to take photos. This is very serious. Honestly, it’s my first and last time using this company. The first time they lost my luggage and gave it to another passenger; I gave them the benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen, but this is serious. I will warn all my contacts and anyone willing to listen because this is not acceptable.
First off, Bercy station is an ungodly station for any passenger to leave from. I don't know who actually built or now manages this station, but they have some serious work to do. The bus itself was okay, although the toilet was broken and the charging ports were located in an awkward place only next to the person sitting in the window seat.
