My recent experience from Bercy

During my recent trip from Paris Bercy to Lisbon Oriente, I unfortunately lost one of my pieces of luggage, even though I had paid for an additional one. I noticed the bag was missing during a stop in Spain. At that time, the driver reassured me that he had moved my luggage to make room for other passengers to unload theirs.However, upon arriving at my destination, my luggage was nowhere to be found. This incident caused me significant inconvenience. To prevent such situations in the future, I strongly recommend implementing a more rigorous baggage control and management process, especially during intermediate stops. I kindly request that you review this suggestion and inform me of the steps you plan to take to improve this service.

Total lack of respect for passengers

I am very dissatisfied with the last-minute change to my return journey. I had booked a direct Milan-Montpellier route, which was straightforward and without any detours. However, less than 24 hours before departure, my itinerary was changed to Milan-Marseille, resulting in additional waiting times of 3 hours in Milan and another 2 hours in Marseille for a bus to Montpellier, even though that same bus was already passing through Montpellier.I find this type of change, with no prior notice of at least 48 hours, completely unacceptable. It shows a total lack of respect for passengers. This disruption seriously impacted my plans. I highly advise travelers to be cautious, as this kind of experience can cause significant inconvenience.I expect better service and transparency from travel companies, and I hope they will take responsibility for such issues.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. In the process of getting on the bus, one of the bus workers shouted at a child, a pregnant woman and an elderly woman to get off the bus, even though they had the tickets. (All this after the bus arrived 50 minutes late)

Bus late on departure

Bus late on departure, even later on arrival, wrong info on the online estimated arrival time which gave 15 mn earlier though it was 1h late.

I have to cancel all my trip because…

I have to cancel all my trip because flixbus cancel my ticket in the last Minute. I missed my next train !! They gibr an option very late … never ever travel with flixbus again.

Good experience at a reasonable price

Our experience started well when Sophie, the Flixbus attendant in Strassbourg helped us buy our tickets.Sophie was cheerful and helpful despite the cold and annoying questions from customers (including ours!)Sophie updated us, that the bus would be late and directed us to a restaurant nearby when asked.We understood why the bus may have been late, when our excellent bus driver safely navigated the snowy roads leading to Freudenstadt. We were glad it was him driving instead of us!
