One of the worst services in the recent times as I ordered gift through this website to my sister for their wedding anniversary on the before day itself but they didn't deliver on time and continuously tried reaching their team but there is no response from their end. It gave lot of disappointment to us. My sincere suggestion is to don't go ahead with this at any cost.
I made a purchase and on my side, it showed that it was successful, but upon confirming with Floweraura, they mentioned that they did not receive the payment. I needed the cake, so I made a second payment and they said that that went through. I still have not received a refund for my first payment. The bank gave proof that the transaction went through, and I haven't received any help from Floweraura on this.
These people are scammer they charge your for costier things and delivers cheaper products and when we ask them they make a excuse says that we dont have that one in stock and your occasion is memorable that's why we processed with something else and to proof their statement they normally sent an email not even requesting or asking what to do in this situation.and Even there customer service is worst then ever not even listen to the customer no professionalism.never ever use this service.
The worst experience from buying here. Bought 2 products for valentines week where they promised delivery on respected dates. The orders were was booked 3-4 days in advance and even you they failed to meet the commitment. Their delivery partner is the worst, even having the products on the day & day before for delivery they didn’t delivered as it was outside their delivery radius.I received the call a week after to accept the delivery which I refused as the person it was intended for has moved from the address.Since the delivery is refused the products went to their warehouse and I requested for a refund which is also being refused by company.The main purpose of the valentines week is to get the gifts on the respected dates else they loose their importance & significance.I won’t recommend buying from here and instead use other sites if you want to get gifts delivered on times to your loved ones.
Disappointment!! Partial order delivered, order bouquet of 24 roses got 12, also not at all properly decorated. Really spoiled the mood. No use of giving discount if you can not complete order properly. Disappointed with the Flower Aura Service.Worst service and more worst is customer support !!
WORST EXPERIENCE NEVER GONNA ORDER AGAIN! I have ordered a flower bouquet for my husband on 14th Feb 2023 ( order no 696002) . In spite of making several calls and requesting customer care representative to deliver the bouquet in time, as my husband has to leave for the meeting No one from your representatives has given a satisfactory response every time I was told that the delivery person is not contactable . I was continuously tracking the order however no one has reached my husband's office. My husband is the head of the entire branch and it's next to impossible that he doesn't get any information about the delivery person. Moreover no one has contacted me and my husband regarding the delivery. At 11:18 PM a text was received from your side to call on a certain number regarding the delivery. I am highly disappointed by your irresponsible behaviour and negligence. I again called customer care for the refund but didn't get any proper response. No delivery person has reached my husband's office. I would request you to refund the amount for the sameRashmi Bhattacharya
Worst service ever so scammy, i ordered flowers on valentines and they charged more based on demand, it was fine but then they could not deliver on valentines as promised so they contacted the RECEIVER and ruined the surprise and asked them if they can deliver the next day. Why not contact me The sender and i decide if i wanna keep or cancel my order…. Soooo rude and horrible service zero stars from me
Worst experience ever you can expect from someone on the special occasion of Valentine day. Order came on Valentine with no packing done it was without any box, cover and not in working condition and when i ask the agent to fix this he said he is not responsible talk to owner. When i called the owner/company no one responded; delivery agent promised to send order in few hours but i didn't hear back from anyone yet. I am writing this review so that i can reach out and get my refund as they were incompetent company and no one should go ahead with them because at the end of the day they are going to spoil their day. Till now no one even called me back they just want money from people and don't give a damn about their experience. :(
