Worst experience

Worst experience.ordered Rakhi on 3rd Aug was suppose to be delivered by 6th aug. Its 20th aug and not they are telling me now that the order have few items missing so can we give you a refund. They spoiled this year’s rakhi for me. Never ordering from them again. Please dont order anything from here. They are the worst in business.

I was really depressed as they did not deliver my rakhi to usa. I sent two rakhis and spend rs 4200. They sent it on 15th August instead of 9th August. I am grateful that it did reach.

No delivery on time

Poor experience - despite ordering way ahead and promise of on-time delivery, order was delivered after Rakhi (3 days later), with items missing (ordered sweets and it had only 1 box). Customer service is not useful. Would recommend everyone to not use this site.

Terrible experience

Totally NOT satisfied with their service. I ordered rakhi to Australia and delivery date said 8th Aug. Its 13th Aug today and still my order is not delivered. They don't share vendor tracking details. No proper response. No proper email or chat support. I will never ever opt for this henceforth.

Disgusting experience during this…

Disgusting experience during this year's rakhi. Their courier did not deliver nor contact my family. FA team updated the status as delivered. I did not even receive any message. when I noticed status updated incorrectly, I tried raising multiple queries for more than a week and requested for a call back but no one from customer support ever contacted to redress my grievance. instead all my mail follow ups were replied in one line AI sentence just showing what I already see.No sorry or care at all from their staff. It used to be good but now has lost all trust and goodwill. They need to train their employees on customer relations, it's disappointing. I lost money and got trauma emailing these folks.
