WORST APP..After you place order and deposit money to them they are least bother to deliver your order.Even they ask for alternate address after taking money.So I suggest everyone that not to opt for this site/app as it is going to ruin your special day by your timing being wasted to just chasing them.
I ordered chocolate,golden flower,nuts,and rose flower bouquet,but hasn't received flower bouquet and not received any reply even after writing their CEO on Twitter ,even after writing email only getting automated reply and also on whatsapp their agent is not replying
Addressing query via Whatsapp by a personnel other than IVR is so much relieving and easy to get a customised solution for our issues. Yesterday Mr. Vinay had took great effort to solve the challenges faced by me in placing order in Floweraura. He made a feel like a family member is helping us.
