Garbage. No service assistance once old and wrinkled flowers are received. You may complain a million times and all you will get is verbal assurance that a replacement order will at some pount be sent. Nothing is sent back unless you keep calling for 4-5 times string the following days.
Absolute worst flower delivery business! I paid to have my wife's Mother's Day flowers dleiver between 7-9 AM. I contacted this company at 9AM and was told the flowers would be delivered before noon! I paid for early delivery for a reason, and now I have to altar our plans because of this company. DO NOT use this company!!!
Perfect company to Ruin your special moment.I have order bunch of white roses for Rs.1600 with a vase(might be costed 3-400 rupees). On my mother's birthday on 21/04/2023 in Faridabad. The flowers which she received were all pale as pictures shared by my father. After complaining, there reply was flowers were fresh in the morning, since you have ordered in the evening it got pale. And they offered me 200rs store credit. When I have asked for at least 50% money back. On this the replied that they are sending someone home to pick up the jose flowers. Terrible flower service i have ever experienced. My local fool wala person in Gurgaon is much reasonable and always delivers perfect flower. After so much of calls I had received rs 500 back in my account.
Please avoid this dealer if you want to send flowers online in Bangalore. They will deliver the flowers a day after the event and dried flowers at that!! The whole essence of sending flowers turns into a bad experience of anxiety and disappointment. They handle flowers like fodder for cattle.
This is a fraudulent company. I ordered birthday cake and it was never delivered but the status of the order was set to complete. When asked for refund they did not provide. Without providing any service or product I was charged more than 1500 rupees. Beaware of their scam. Do not place orders with them.
The worst and cheating company... They were supposed to deliver between 12 to 1 and charges extra money but they said the receipt is not picking up the phone and they cannot deliver as they need live location without which they cannot deliver. They also don't have ant policy for cancellation or refund. NEVER Ever order from here
Worst experience. They will take the money online first , not deliver on the given day and will deliver to someone else latter on . Their seniors do not even know whom it was delivered to and will try to convince you on phone that it was delivered to the right person. Beware of ordering from Floweraura. Never experienced such a thing ever. Ferns & Petals (FNP) is much much better than such online outlets. I have also written so many mails to complaint for the incident on 9th March but all in vain.
Scam website, they promised to deliver between 9-12 am and they delivered at 5 pm. They ruined the surprise, will never use this crappy website again that doesn't care about customers' emotions. moreover, I ordered Pink roses and they sent red, seems like they don't know the color difference.
