Worst and poor customer service. Fraud and false statements. Frustrated, time and money wasted. Ordered 7380294-rakhi, 28th Aug but still not received if you track the order it shows still in transit. Sent too many followups to customer care via email but no action nor resolve the issue. Still waiting.
I ordered a rakhi to be delivered to my brother in Germany. I ordered it well in advance to avoid any hiccups. The tracking and updates were unreliable, but since they assured me it would reach before Rakshabandhan, I understood that high demand might be causing glitches in the system. However, when the Rakhi arrived, it was a completely different design from what we ordered, and my brother was not able to wear it as it was very flashy compared to the sober one we had ordered. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they just apologized for the inconvenience but denied a refund despite it being their mistake and them sending a false product. Not only did they ruin a special celebration, but they also refused to refund when the error was on their part. They take the money in advance (which is a lot for international deliveries) and send the wrong product without any refund. The entire experience has been very disappointing, and I wouldn't advise choosing Floweraura for international gifting. I've never experienced this with other platforms like FnP, which immediately refund the entire amount if an error occurs on their part.
One of the worse service providers is that they show next-day delivery on the product page for the pincode, and they even send an email for the same after placing the order. But the order is still not delivered in 3 days. And when you call customer care for an explanation, they falsely say that you changed the delivery date and the courier got delayed. Not at all recommended because of their lies. They don't even admit that it's their fault.
I made a purchase of a Rakhi and the payment went through successfully but I got an email from floweraura that the earlier payment failed and it asked me to retry it. So, I placed another order and both of the orders are delivered successfully. They denied to refund the amount when I contacted floweraura even though it is their mistake. I would never use floweraura again as the company would not consider customer satisfaction at all.
