It was my first time ordering with floweraura and I am very disappointed with the service. What I ordered and what was delivered are not the same, it is so different and disappointing. Another frustrating part is that they didn’t even care to type the greeting message in a neat format rather was simply hand written on a piece of paper. Even my name was not written correctly. It is really disgraceful on you and your service. It is really not worth the money spent and I am not going to shop anymore or recommend you to anyone. So disgraceful and dishonest
Order 1 : It was a cake to be delivered in Guwahati. They were way way DELAYED than the time slot given. Then, shockingly my friend who's a boy and his name was clearly mentioned received AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CAKE WITH A GIRL'S NAME on it. On confronting the support team, they sent the actual cake 2 hours late. Also, just to keep their good reviews intact, that order is nowhere to be found in my account anymore.Order 2 : A birthday cake for my father has been delivered today 20.7.23(which I had booked way earlier), the photo of which is attached below. The "cake looks nothing like the one that I ordered", it is a 500g cake costing more than Rs.500. They put the least amount of effort in designing the cake. To my horror, the message has been TYPED ON AN A4 SIZE WHITE PAPER AND CUT WITH SCISSORS. They have ruined both the occasions.NEVER AGAIN DOING THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM FLOWERAURA !
It was by mother's 85th birthday and I ordered flowers and cake to be delivered in Lajpat Nagar Delhi.Guys delivered the cake but forgot to deliver the flowers.I made seven phone calls to the call centre and to my parents to track the flowers from Australia.This staff kept saying that the flowers have been delivered until they realise that they will be now delivered after 5 hoursThe order number is 720 7586
My boyfriend from overseas had ordered flowers as a surprise for my birthday. The flowers were meant to be surprise delivered straight to my doorstep. On the day of delivery I get a call from their Coimbatore branch to ask me if they could make a delivery to my house right away and they said that so so and has ordered flowers for you. Right away the surprise was ruined and when I told my boyfriend about this he was furious. He was expecting them to deliver it as a surprise but instead I got a call where all the info was revealed to me. Anyways, I receive the flower box of roses and I absolutely love them. That is until 2-3 days later when the roses started turning black. Now flowers in floral foam should last a min of 7 days and can sometimes last upto 10 or more days. In my case the roses started wilting and turning black on day 4. The roses were so floppy and the flowers were so bad that the minute I picked one up the rose immediately opened up. The petals had not shape and were not firm which is a clear indication that they had gone bad. If the flowers were new and fresh at the time of packing and if the floral foam was hydrated properly, this should not have happened. I am super disappointed that my boyfriend wasted his money on this company only for the surprise to be ruined and for me to receive flowers that weren't fresh. I purchased flowers from ferns n petals just last week and they were of much better quality and lasted for long. I will now make sure all my friends ordering in India and from overseas take their money there as I do not want anyone giving this company a try only to be met with disappointment.
I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Floweraura, an online gifting service, while trying to order a gift for Father's Day. As an Australian resident, I placed my order on the 18th of June at around 8:30 am Indian time, with the assurance that it would be delivered on the same day before 9 pm. However, my experience with Floweraura was marred by poor communication, late delivery, and an overall lack of customer service.The trouble began when I contacted Floweraura to confirm the delivery time. Despite their guarantee of a timely delivery, their representatives repeatedly informed me that the gift would be delivered within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, this proved to be highly misleading. Only one out of the three items I ordered arrived around 10 pm Indian time, which translated to an inconvenient 2:30 am Australian time. This delayed delivery completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my father, as the remaining items were not delivered at all.To make matters worse, when I reached out to Floweraura on the following day, the 19th of June, they informed me that they would be able to deliver the remaining products that day. However, this was unacceptable as I no longer required the items, given that the special occasion had already passed. It is incredibly disappointing that Floweraura failed to fulfill their promise of same-day delivery and did not take any proactive measures to rectify the situation.Overall, my experience with Floweraura has been nothing short of a letdown. Their inability to deliver the complete order on time and their lack of responsiveness to my concerns have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I had trusted their service to make my Father's Day celebration special, but they have failed miserably in meeting even the basic expectations of a customer. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Floweraura for their gifting needs, as my experience indicates a severe lack of reliability and customer care on their part.
Item placed but not delivered time and given multiple cheep reason - printer not working and later the item is not in stock and so on. They are not ready to cancel the order as well and return the money after multiple follow ups. Attached email reference
The worst company out there! Dont' orderI ordered from this company recently to surprise my grandfather for his birthday a day in advance. The day of his birthday, since he didn't receive the cake, I decided to contact the company to only find out that they ran out of the cake that I had ordered. They claimed that they sent an email but there was no sign of any communication. They successfully ruined the celebration. The worst experience one can get.
