Cannot get through to customer services via phone and if you email you get a different person each time responding and they do not seem to be able to see what their colleagues have previously discussed with you. Have spent hours trying to get into my account and have now given up.Terrible customer service!
Flybuys do the right thing and stop using offshore call center - had an error for your 10k points by spending $70 for 4 weeks offer due to the error from your end - expected already for bad service - talked to your first agent named Joan - scripting and when I told her that my story then she went silent and raised up her voice / when I want to have her manager to talk to me then she put me on penalty hold and initially refused to transfer to her manager then she was reluctant to do so - then when her ‘manager’ Kat took over she was totally blunt on the phone and claimed that I have to spend 2x $70 for same week as manual adjustment - when being asked to send me email for confirmation and she was reluctant as well - when complained re her staff then she tried to avoid my topic by 100 percent scripting - woollies everyday rewards never encounter such issues as such offer just disappeared from your app and god know you just changed your T&C from your end and definitely flybuys is the loyalty program that could not be trusted and the poor service I encountered today could be used for good case study for my team members - you guys should feel shameful for the service you provided from your Manila call center - this is what we should call as customer disservice!!!
I have done a lot of shopping at various Coles supermarkets.I had the Smeg knife credits added on, (current promotion) however the $ value has not been added to my transactions. In some cases I have had the flybuy points added on within 7 days as per their terms and conditions, because I did not have my f/bs card with me at the time of the transaction.I have hundreds of $s owing to my account for December.This isn't a one off issue, this happens many times.I've been in touch with their team members before, and I don't think I have the energy to go through it again.Please employ an IT SPECIALIST and fix your failing system. It needs an URGENT UPDATE.
I am unable to access my Flybuys points and the overseas contact centre is asking for passport etc to verify who I am, even though they were the ones who gave me the new password resets. Long delays on the phone to speak to anyone and every person I spoke to had a different version of how they were going to help me and fix the problem. I have just wasted an hour of my life trying to get my Flybuys card to work.The card works at Coles and Bunnings so I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS.Its not worth having Flybuys and there are better loyalty programs.
One of the worst Australian reward system. Speed $2000 to get 2000 reward points, 2000 rewards gives $10. They stop collaboration with Agl which means less point accumulates. People who shop in Coles and partner business need to get more rewards.
Why can I redeem all my fly buy points to my online account but I need my phyical card to actually spend the fly buy dollars? I have all my cards saved on my phone but I couldn't use my points because I didn't have my actual fly buys card with me. Very annoying and frustrating. Fix this Coles/Fly Buys!!!!!!!!!
When I went to Coles Brighton on Saturday there was a 10% discount off shop for Flybuys. When I went to the checkout the 10% discount didn’t work because there is a glitch with their system. Coles Brighton told me to contact flybuys. But when I contacted Flybuys they advised me they would credit points instead of a refund which is unacceptable. I have made a complaint and will wait.
WARNING HIDDEN FEESWARNING BEWARE .Any hotel that you book on this site that states flexible cancellation. And states clearly free cancellation. and states clearly RefundableIs a fraud. Customer agent Porni from flybuys Threatened me with a $55 dollar fine and also stated she was also confiscating my points because I cancelled my hotel booking. My booking clearly stated it was free cancellation. At no point ever did it state any fee. On my contract it stated fully refundable. I advise anyone booking to be very aware of this . If it happens to you You should immediately contact Consumer afairs as It is a breach of your consumer rights. Customer service agent Porni is extemly rude and belligerent. I was left shaken from my experience . We all have to make changes to bookings from time to time . If we have made bookings that state they are refundable and are free cancellation as Australian consumers we have the legal right to do so
