If I could give this company no stars i would. Do not waste your money, I've been waiting 3 months now for my order and after no correspondence, then receiving snotty emails to say "the disclaimer on their website says it is 40 working days for production..." Yet this disclaimer was added 3 weeks after I placed my order. COMPLETE CON MERCHANTS, use a reputable company.
The website was really easy to navigate and find what I wanted. It's clear what the delivery time is from the home pageAlthough my order was delayed slightly the customer service was excellent when I rang and asked for an update.The cushions look and feel better than the original cushions and well worth the slightly extended wait.Once my order had been dispatched to me I had an email with tracking details.The cushion cover collection service is brilliant and had I not used it I'd have most likely got my order requirements wrong. I'm delighted with my cushions
Still waiting for an order made in March. Contacted them in may - they stated order would arrive in a week. 3 weeks later and still waiting. Poor correspondence. No refund received yet and no foam. Very disappointed.
Ordered 1 piece of foam for a footstool repair.after a week of no communication and no foam delivered I emailed only to find out it was on a 15 day lead time.nothing when ordering...happy to take my money.if like me you need upholstery material quite quickly...may want to give this company a miss.15 days for 1 small piece of foam, I wonder how long I would have to wait for a bigger order?15 days later and received an email saying they are behind in shipping.awful service. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WITH SO MANY BETTER ONES OUT THERE.
