I purchased a bag and was very dissatisfied with the grain, between the cost to ship it to me and what they charged me to return, I was out 35.00 on a bag that was legitimately ugly (grain)
Perhaps in person at a rental store is the way to go but for the cost of the return, I will not buy from them again.

The bag I received was in terrible shape - a giant scratch on the front and major creasing on both sides, like it was stored wrinkled under something heavy. I sent them pictures and was told that this is within their normal standard and am now being asked to pay for return shipping. There is no way to leave a review on their site. I would recommend staying away. I’ve had a lot more luck with WP Standard- far superior quality and customer service.

I have been hooked since I got my first purse! The leather quality and the sales- plus all the bag types and colors made my experience with them great. Oh and customer service rocks too!

Customer service does not get back to you in the timeline indicated on their website. I called and no answer. All of the reviews about poor customer service is correct. Do not buy an extender because it is not made correctly. It should have a buckle on both sides instead of a clip on one side and a buckle on the other. I could not use the extender at all. I like their leather products, but disappointed about their customer service and not getting back to me.

I returned this purse after two weeks of use because the brad on the shoulder strap came off rendering it broken and unusable. They promptly replaced this bag but with an inferior one. When I questioned them and complained about the poor structural quality of it, their snarky response was “looks like you got a very slouchy one“ and if I didn’t like it to return it. I went to return it and found out the cost of returning the bag was close to 20% of the total cost of the bag. This is such a punitive return policy for a poor quality product that I will never buy from them again.

After much thought, I regret my purchase of the crossbody bag

I spent over a month considering the purchase of the small pebble camera crossbody bag. Ultimately, I bought it, and I can’t express how let down I am. After it arrived, I reached out to the support team and learned that they don't offer full refunds and charge for return shipping. If this were simply a case of buyer's remorse, I might understand, but the bag is defective, which is beyond my control. I expected them to take full responsibility, refund the total cost, and cover return shipping. I’m very disappointed and won't recommend or buy from them again.

Quality has significantly declined and the social media team is unsettling.

The quality has significantly declined and the social media team is unsettling. The company uses a specific marketing tactic known as FOMO, or fear of missing out. They create artificial shortages and limited releases to entice mainly older customers to rush to purchase. Recently, they had a 'retail only' release of certain bags, which seemed designed to benefit local resellers who can then sell them online at higher prices. When someone on their insiders page inquired about this, I shared my honest opinion. However, the social media manager, who communicates in a very peculiar manner, deleted my comment, claiming it contained 'unkind language,' even though it was simply the truth. It’s disappointing to see the company obscuring such practices that have been common in business for years. I feel frustrated that the representative chose to alienate the very customers the company relies on. I look forward to distancing myself from the company’s financials this year, especially since I spent far too much in 2025. Now, my goal is to encourage others to shop elsewhere, all because the representative couldn’t handle a small dose of reality. Such is life.

WARNING: Disappointing Experience with the Service

WARNING: Disappointing Experience with the Service. The customer support I encountered was the worst I've ever faced. It took more than a week to receive a reply regarding a defective item. I was informed that a wavy zipper, uneven handles, and a bag that doesn’t sit properly are acceptable according to their standards. I suppose this aligns with their apparent lack of quality control. I was advised that purchasing insurance would have allowed for a free return on a misgraded bag. Seriously? I should have had to pay for insurance to cover their errors? Now, I must pay $15 to return a $60 item because I didn’t opt for that extra fee. This feels like a deceptive business practice. When your company makes an error, why should the customer bear the cost of returning faulty merchandise? I will be sure to share my experience with others regarding how this service operates and treats its customers.

Extremely disappointed with the service!

I will never order from this company again! While their products are decent, the overall service is terrible. I placed an order for Christmas on December 1st, and it never arrived on time. When I reached out, they said shipping might take longer to Hawaii, which is frustrating because I received multiple packages from other companies, including those from overseas, that arrived promptly. This shows a lack of proper customer service and management. It's truly disappointing. My family and I prefer to support small businesses to foster market competition, but this company has definitely lost my support. Any recommendations for other companies to consider in the future?

Order Issues and Poor Support

I recently placed an order and received confirmation, but one item was the wrong color. I reached out via email to request a cancellation, but they refused, claiming they can’t cancel after the order is placed. I find this hard to believe, as they have the ability to do so but choose not to. There’s no option for direct contact with a representative. I recommend avoiding this site.
