Review Time
Hi we were given a gift of a Smartbox 2 night break .The booking process was easy hotel booked for June 2020 but due to covid and lockdown unable to use. Rang and emailed hotel never any replys contacted customer services at Smartbox first did not recognise voucher no so had to photograph same and send ,as past date of use they may have payed hotel? So advised to contact hotel no replys Why would you pay aprovider when shut by goverment? .They are ok if everything goes well but a waste of time if things go wrong lots of promises to help but no action.
I bought a luxury weekend getaway as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. At the checkout, I somehow managed to miss the bit where you put in a different delivery address, so that the gift box would go straight to my sister-in-law’s address, not mine. I called Smartbox and found the lines were busy but, fortunately, they have a callback service so I left my number. I received a callback within ten minutes from a very pleasant woman who took the new delivery details and made it clear that it was no trouble at all to make the change. The gift box was delivered successfully only a day later and my sister-in-law was absolutely delighted with it. I would happily buy from this company again.
