Have ordered the giftbox for the colleague who is leaving. Passed my order during morning on the 6th of December. The gift still didnt come on Monday, 12th of December. There is no number to call, the chatrobot can not cope with the task to check the order status. Not possible to find any info from the tracking email. Absence of any service and false promises to deliver within 72 hours, so I would not recommend it.
The website did not ask for the address to ship the box to, automatically shipping to the wrong address.The address cannot be updated later from the site, not even in the minutes immediately following the purchase.Furthermore, on the site I did not find the customer support contacts to ask for support.
