I received the smartbox as a present. The login was rather easy, but to choose a hotel proved to be super difficult if not impossible. The box was for 1 night + dinner + access to spa or 1 treatment. I seached on the map for hotels within a range of max. 300 km and found some nice hotels but none of them has shown up at ANY date I tried. And I tried literally each day during 2 months. Trying to book via booking.com all of the dates were possible for the very same hotels. It would be so much easier to choose the hotel and then have the vacant dates shown in the calendar; not to first have to choose a date and then getting hotels at destinations that are out of the desired range or that do not offer any spa. I will continue trying, but my hopes are low that the search will be crowned by success. I thought this Smartbox to be a nice present, but honestly, it seems to be a poisonous present.
A 30 eur gift expired due to covid, when asked to reactivate it they say there is a 20 EUR "reactivation"charge (I want to do that job! 20 eur per click!!) so basically they charge 20 eur on a 30 eur gift and couldn't care less of the issues that people had and still has during this period and basically STEAL money that somebody paid to them. Good job, I always tought this was a dumb service anyway but this also confirms that you also are just a bunch of greedy clowns. Shame on you.
