The service is terrible. It's impossible to track my package, and after writing several times to customer service, I didn't receive any answer 14 days are passing since I bought the box, and I will not receive my reimbursement:

Poor quality service

If have an issue with the hosting establishment, you are doomed. Their Client Support cannot help with host-related queries at all. They also ignore all written queries and it took me a month to find their number

Sejour Savoureux

My wife was given a Sejour Savoureux voucher. The website is poorly designed and the choice of accommodation was very limited. When we finally found somewhere and got a booking confirmation, the owner of the property mailed us to say they'd stopped working with Smart box 2 years ago. Receiving the voucher was nice but cash would have made life much easier.
