The technical support is incredibly responsive and was vital in addressing my project challenges. Both the provider and their team truly deserve more than five stars. I would especially like to commend the representative who assisted me throughout the resolution process.
I'm disappointed with this provider. Their website claims 10 Gbps 'unmetered' bandwidth, but they suspend your VPS as soon as traffic hits ~100 Mbps, demanding you stay under 10–15 Mbps constantly. This limitation isn't documented, there's no real Fair Usage Policy, and the rules change after payment. Support takes hours, sometimes a full day, to respond, even when the server is down. Additionally, the IPs provided are flagged as spam/scam, making them unusable for serious tasks. Overall, the service is unreliable with misleading advertising. UPDATE: After further discussions with the support team, the situation was resolved. We clarified the traffic policy and the company committed to updating their Fair Usage guidelines. My server was restored, and I was given a clean IP address. Support was willing to communicate and took my feedback seriously. While my initial experience was negative, the follow-up was handled well, and I appreciate their efforts to improve.
I've only been with this provider for a few days, but I'm very pleased with their VPS - they are fast and affordable. The support is outstanding, especially from the owner. They are always available on Discord, answering nearly every question. The hosting is very transparent with clients, which I appreciate. I recommend this provider and am glad to have found them.
I had a positive experience with this provider for about a month. The budget VPS seemed like a great deal, and the support was responsive at first. However, my server was unexpectedly blocked for 'spam' without justification, and my opinion changed immediately. I strongly advise against this service. They also refused to provide a backup of my important files. UPDATE 1: The server was eventually unsuspended but with a different IP. Thankfully, my data was saved. UPDATE 2: The issue occurred again on the last day of my billing cycle, with my server suspended right after I inquired about billing. Support claimed my server was suspended for 'exceeding normal limits,' despite not having set up an email server. Their monitoring seems flawed, and their accusations baseless. Support was painfully slow, leaving me waiting over 11 hours for a dismissive response. After three months, I can confidently say this is the worst hosting provider I have encountered, with the worst support. I do not recommend them to anyone. Look elsewhere.
The support system is ineffective; I created a ticket 24 hours ago and have yet to receive any response. They appear to be scamming customers, as their VPS service is subpar compared to others. Their support claims to be available 24/7, but they do not respond. There are far better options available. Avoid this provider.
