Fraudulent charges

When you buy from this company they will subscribe you without your knowledge to a VIP program and start charging USD$49,99 monthly on your card. You can’t see or cancel the subscription in the website so you will have to contact them to cancel it. I called from Australia to Tampa in Florida and also sent an email. They confirmed the subscription, I’m still waiting for my refund and hoping they cancel it as they said they did it. But I can’t see any confirmation so let’s hope it was really canceled. It’s also 36 days after I bought the product and still haven’t received it. How can I trust a product when the whole business seems to be dodgy ? I don’t think I’ll have, it’s going directly to the bin. Unfortunately I lost on this one.

Ordered Ivermectin March 4th Received April 2nd!

Customer Service is Good With Follow up of Emails But there is absolutely no excuse for taking a month to deliver one product from Florida to Wisconsin. I Order supplements From Ebay constantly, I have Recieved products in under 3 Days shipped out of Utah...Just saying..Maybe contract a different shipping Partner DSL Is Beyond Slow with Delivery!!!.

Charging my CC monthly without consent

I ordered in March and just found out my CC has been charged 49.99 monthly on random dates since then without my knowledge or consent. My bank is working on a fraud case. I only received the original order. Not happy.

Great customer service, products are so far, so good!

I am just 1/2 way in on the ParaPurge/Tudca protocol so I don't really have anything to report on how that's working (I'm taking 2 doses per day and that's a slower gentler process apparently) but I have had no negative experiences so far. However, I have reached out with some questions I had and I'm very pleased and impressed with the customer service in terms of response time, professionality and courteousness. That goes a long way in my opinion!

My husband can tell a very big difference

I am going to be perfectly honest, and say I don’t really feel any different than I did when I started. However, my husband started about five days after me and he had chills one day and an upset stomach for the first couple of days. Then they went away. What he has noticed is in the past, every time he ate, his stomach became bloated and he had terrible gas after every meal. He had to watch every little thing he put in his mouth because it would give him a stomach ache and gas. After doing the purge, he has noticed all of those symptoms have gone away.I think the reason I have not felt or seen any difference is because I have been on a low dose of ivermectin since Covid. Maybe I didn’t have as many parasites to get rid of as he did.

I received my product, everything was fine, then a month later there is a mystery charge in my bank account. I was hypervigilant when placing the order because too many times I have been autoshipped unexpectedly so I was zero percent aware there would be any additional charges. I am still waiting for a call or email from them but when digging, I found in their Terms and Services this: SECTION 21 - SUBSCRIPTIONS & VIP MEMBERSHIPi. Enrollment & BillingBy purchasing an item on our site, customers are automatically enrolled in our VIP Membership program.The subscription fee of $49.99 USD will be charged 30 days after the initial purchase and will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled.By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these billing terms, which are disclosed prior to checkout.ii. Cancellations & RefundsCustomers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us via email or any other method we may make available in the future.Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a cancellation request is made after a charge has been processed, no partial or full refund will be issued.Upon cancellation, access to the VIP site and its benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.I am beyond furious. I did not want this, I was not made aware. This is fraud!
