It seems that everyone that was taken by this company was marketed through Meta. Either Facebook or Instagram or both. They take exceptionally long to ship and pull what amounts to the Mandela Effect by changing the website. It now states you're buying a monthly recurring membership if you purchase the product. You won't be billed by FreeRange either. It will be by Purely-Nutra.com. They'll send you an apologetic letter telling you that they're sorry you were too dumb to understand how to buy their product without getting a membership that never shows up in the shopping cart.
I placed my order for this product, got overcharged for additional products that I never ordered. I believe the total order was around $500. Try to contact the company via phone and email no one ever answered the phone. It took 3 to 4 days to get an email back from them,Which seemed like a stock email. The product was delivered to another address, not mine. I’m still trying to get the issue resolved with them and then I found a reoccurring charge on my credit card which I did not authorize. I do not recommend this company at all.
I received the supplements that I ordered. Then this company billed my credit card for $49.99 for something I never signed up for. I emailed them twice and they never returned either email. Now I am disputing it with my credit card. Avoid this company, they are scammers.
How did I buy a health product without fully researching them n their reviews?! Took forever to arrive. Purchased from the US n I’m in Aus. Not long after a scam vitamin company started charging me for vitamins I never ordered. Also from the US. What a coincidence.Cancelled card. Grrr. Supplements did nada but cause nausea.

They appear to prey on the vulnerable.In March, I purchased Freerange ParaPurge from Free Range Supplements and received my order without issue. The following month, I ordered two more bottles (one for myself and one for another person). After chasing them up, the products eventually arrived.I then stopped ordering as I was taking other treatments. Unfortunately, I had also recommended this product to several people, as I am a cancer survivor and had been sharing my journey.That’s when the real problems began. For the next five months, the company continued charging my credit card under three different business names (Freerangesupps, Purely-Nutra, and Sp Frgsupp) — without sending me a single product and without my permission.I eventually had to cancel my credit card to stop the unauthorized charges. I have since sent numerous emails requesting a refund, but I am still waiting for them to return my money.Based on my experience, I believe their business practices are deceptive and unethical. Given how they operate, I would also seriously question the credibility and quality of the product itself.My advice: do not trust this company.
