Don't buy FreeRange Supplements

I was getting recurring charges that were not mentioned unless you are on the introduction page in fine print. My bank was informing me of possible fraudulent charges and I flagged them as such. That's when found out their dirty secret. I dont care how good their product is... Their business practices are a scam. DONT BUY FREERANGE SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS.

I have not received my product!!! I ordered it on AUG 26!!!!! it is now Sept 21.... and ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! They are not very good!

Charged twice and they refused to cancel my order. Said it had to be accepted by their cancellation team. They also enroll you in purenutra for $49/month that they DONT tell you about

Scam

First, it's made and shipped from China. You can easily tell from the tracking. Their website said made and shipped from the USA. Second, they did try charging a second time even though I made sure I wasn't signed up for the membership after ordering. Now the funny thing is Their website doesn't show up on any of my apps anymore after pointing these things out on the comments. 🤔

Company is a scam

Product is made in China, and it's been over two weeks since I've ordered and still nothing. On top of that, they added a product I didn't agree to purchase to my order and doubled my order price without me knowing until it hit my credit card.

Scam-I wish I would’ve checked the reviews…

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I ever made my order. I ordered one bottle of the para purge supplements on September 19, 2025 and today is October 26, 2025 and I still have not received my package. I contacted the carrier because it appears as though it was a transit issue, but UniUni said that they never received anything to deliver to me and when I sent an email to free range get a full refund, they claim that it was stuck in transit. So they just gave me two options: one to get my money back or to get another shipment sent to me. So of course, at this point I do not trust them especially after reading these reviews. I just asked for a full refund. Let’s just hope they honor it and give me my full refund. Also, forgot to mention, just like everyone else I had to change my bank card because this crooked company charged $49.99 for some sort of VIP membership that I never signed up for and was never aware of. This has caused me problems since the card was re-issued at the bank because there’s an inherent lock on my card so am no longer able to link it to Apple Pay, the bank has rules due to incidents like this, which is affecting me in so many other different ways…. Save yourself the heart ache and trouble. Pass this one up.

I ordered from their direct website

I ordered from their direct website. Product says it is made in USA and ships from USA. Shipment notification said it was coming from China. 1 month later I have not received my product, but have already been charged for a second order that I didn't sign up for. FreeRange said I needed to cancel my membership, but when I went to sign in, I had no membership. Asked to send me a password reset. No password reset has been sent yet. Guess I must cancel my credit card.

If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. They automatically sign you up for a (VIP) automatic monthly subscription. There customer service will not respond in a timely manner. And trying to STOP service with these scammers is nearly impossible.

NOT MADE IN USA

website states made in the USA, however, the product was " just released by customs" according to my tracking statement.. Asking my son ( a customs officer), if a product is made in the USA, it doesn't go through Customs. This is Fraudulent and Ive reported to FTC, I suggest the same.

seeing and feeling positive results

Not quite into the first ten days but already seeing and feeling positive results from this product. It took longer than I expected for delivery but tracking system worked well and was accurate. I will have a better overall review in another 16 days. Thanks for providing your product.
