Review Time
I was charged more than 3 times my order, I called immediately and they did not answer their phone for 45 minutes. I sent an email immediately and they never answered my email to CANCEL MY ORDER. I called the next day and they answered after 15 minutes and took my complaint of overcharging me, then they billed my credit card twice the amount we had discussed. Still no response to my multiple emails. I will never trust the QUALITY of the items from a company that operates like Freerangesupplements. I hope the authorities investigate this Physician.
Kept thinking that maybe this was a legitimate site with a product that would work and so finally went ahead and ordered and that’s been two weeks ago. They took my money as a matter of fact, they took out three times the money and finally got that put back, but have never got the product And I have got emails asking for reviews and don’t even have the product and my wife has tried to call them to find out what’s going on and she’s emailed them and she waited on the phone 45 minutes nobody ever answered so these people are scams and probably even doesn’t do any good to put on a review because they’ve probably got a system that takes bad reviews off, but stay away from these people. Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam. Their product is probably a scam as well. It’s so sad that you can’t trust anybody, but when they start putting up all of these ads on Facebook over and over and over beware they are out for the money they don’t give a damn about anybody but their selves.
Horrible experience with both the product and the customer service. The mislead you in that to order the product there is a very small print font under the click button that states you agree to automatically sign up a membership that cost $49.99 per month and you can doesn't state what day its charged and tells you it starts at the end of the 14 day trial but no mention of any trial and it takes 30 days to see if the product works which it doesn't and then it also states you can cancel at anytime which is another lie it took 3 months to cancel my membership and through multiple emails some of which took a week for someone to respond to and finally being told I must cancel online on the website that they have to send in a link and then when you open the link it forces you to watch a 18:34 minute video that constantly freezes and glitches and took me an hour to get through only to finally get to the page to cancel and it makes click in multiple places to confirm cancellation. All in hopes you get frustrated and give up.
I ordered the product 8/2 still do not have product on 8/27. I contacted the delivery company, Uni Uni, they said 1st delivery was attempted but due to severe weather (I live in Southern California!?) and it would be redelivered within 10 days … still not delivered and no updates on tracking. I have requested my order be canceled and my money be refunded.
Ordered weeks ago and still have not received anything. They took money for my initial order and then tried to hit me with another $49.99. My credit card company stopped it but now I have to get a new card. My support tickets have gone unanswered. This looks like a total scam.
Company is engaging in fraudulent charges every month after you make a purchase from them. I originally bought some supplements from them, then several months later as I was going through my bank statements, I noticed a recurring charge for $49.99 from a company called Purely Nutra. Not having recalled what this was for I did some digging and found that it is associated with Freerange supplements. My original cost of the Freerange purchase matched the first transaction from Purely nutra so that would make sense. And if I accidentally signed up for a subscription I would expect that I would have been receiving repeat shipments, alerting me to that issue. Not the case! They have been charging me $49.99 every month since that first order and shipping me nothing, and no emails or alerts to this issue. This is fraud. I recommend that anyone who has purchased from this company go through their bank statements and see if they have also been getting charged every month from Purely Nutra, report accordingly.
