Review Time
I purchased a product, and their customer service is terrible. You get signed into a membership, and when you reach out to talk to someone, they never answer their phone, and it will take weeks for them to reply to your emails. When I finally got a link to cancel, I had to watch an 18-minute video before I could cancel the subscription, and the video keeps buffering, so it will take you a good 30 minutes even though I have a 300 Mbps connection. Absolutely horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and buy Ivermectin and Fenbendazole from another company.
Took forever to get here and yes I was signed up for an automatic membership but claimed it was fraud at the bank and had to get a new debit card. Very frustrating and inconvenient and I will not buy again. Only started the product 2 days ago and I’m taking 3 pills a day, stomach just started to cramp tonight so idk if it’s poison or I’m full of $h!t
It took over 2 months for me to receive my order. Then they billed my credit card $49.99 each month. When I tried to cancel my subscription, a video popped up and said, "before you cancel listen to the results". The 16 minute video kept stopping. Then when the video stopped, I was able to cancel my subscription, but I never received an email confirmation. I have sent emails to the company with no response from them. I have had to go to my my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!
I made a one-time purchase from Free Range Supplements — or so I thought. Weeks later, I noticed a $49.99 unauthorized recurring charge on my credit card, tied to a “VIP Membership” I never knowingly agreed to.I contacted support and Jayson responded after a couple of days the first time, apologizing and pointing me to a cancellation link. But that’s where the support ended. The cancellation link led to an unskippable 18-minute video (yes, really) just to cancel the membership — clearly designed to wear customers down. I ended up speeding it up just to complete the process.I confirmed the cancellation with Jayson and asked for a refund. Since then? Total silence. No follow-up. No refund. No accountability.This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The subscription enrollment process feels intentionally deceptive, and the lack of customer follow-through makes it worse. I’m still waiting for my $49.99 refund, and if it doesn’t come soon, I’ll be escalating this through a chargeback and sharing my full experience on every public platform I can — including Trustpilot, BBB, and beyond.This is not how you build trust. This stuff is junk. They also don't tell you that you are signing up for a subscription. They will not responde to emails. They tell you they will contact you with 24 to 48 hours, but after 4 times, they don't make any contact. The just keep trying to charge your account for more. I contacted AMEX to block any future payments and they blocked any attempts to charge my card. Finally I found and link to cancel and then they have you watch an 18 min video about how you have to stay on the suppliments for 18 months of you will be worse off than before you started. Do not trust them, you can never actually get ahold of their support people.
This company signed me up, unknowingly, for some membership at $49.99/month under the company Purely-Nutra. When I saw the charge on my CC statement and started investigating, it turns out this SCAM is linked to the transaction I made with FreeRange Supplements. To make it worse, they did not even have the nerve to send me any information about this "membership" or the company. Safe to say I will never purchase from them again and I will make sure other buyers are made aware of their shady business practices.
Yes, if I could write a negative star review I would.It's been over a month Actually it's been almost a month and a half since I ordered my product. I've called them three times each time a minimum of one hour hold time. The second one I got cut off the first 1 I was told I had to go write an email to Freerangehelp which I had already done. I've written 5 emails.Two were responded to the other three were never responded to. I now have gone elsewhere to buy my product but today again I tried calling waited over an hour on hold;only to be told that they'll ship me out another product.Why the heck would I want another product when I haven't received the first one? I want my money back 122.00$ Nope, she wouldn't do it.I said then expedite my order overnight.Nope she wouldn't do that. I said, what are you gonna do for me for all the waiting that I've had to do? I wanted to start these because I have cancer.That was the whole purpose of ordering them over a month and a half ago. They don't seem to care.They just want the money. So now I have another shipment being shipped today. Thurs.September 4th let's note that. Horrible customer service.They're nice enough.They just can't help you.So where does that really go to the CEO?The President of the company.I told them when people have to wait on the phone for over an hour just to get told u can't get a refund because your orders beens shipped. I'm sorry.My order was shipped a month and a half ago what the heck. This company needs some serious help! Apparentlythey're mail delivery company is not working out for them, or us. something but for heck sakes your customers wait that long give them their refund. They're not going to wait for their pills forever! Very, very disappointed customer along with a lot of other unhappy customers it seems. Poor reviews you think you'd want to help your reviews. DO NOT BUY!!! I've experienced same as so many of these reviews!! total SCAM! I'm in a dispute now for unauthorized charges on my credit card- 6 months worth at $49.99. and I was also charged double on my order- but there's no proof. their invoice is not itemized, it just says "thank you for your order". they don't answer my questions. Just one deceit after another.
It seems that everyone that was taken by this company was marketed through Meta. Either Facebook or Instagram or both. They take exceptionally long to ship and pull what amounts to the Mandela Effect by changing the website. It now states you're buying a monthly recurring membership if you purchase the product. You won't be billed by FreeRange either. It will be by Purely-Nutra.com. They'll send you an apologetic letter telling you that they're sorry you were too dumb to understand how to buy their product without getting a membership that never shows up in the shopping cart.
