I've just started using free soul after being told by Dr's that I needed a lifestyle change due to high liver enzymes, I looked around and found your company and read up about the company and could see that the women's protein could help, I can honestly say I feel so much better less bloated and stopped eating so much ultra processed food
Really enjoy this after transferring from a sugary clear whey brand however I have got cystitis for the last week taking the shake religiously. I am well hydrated, extremely active so always have water with me - I have been taking sachets for it but this is just unbearable - wasn’t until I saw another review about it that this is happening to me too!
Great products, full of good stuff and without bad stuff. Love the vegan protein with oat milk before my gym session early in the morning. The greens are a must, especially when I need some extra hydration. Quick delivery and overall great experience!
