Love the products from Free Soul. I was impressed with their customer service. Had an issue with a seal adhering to the lid of a product. The issue was sorted out by ‘Tash’ in under 24 hours, with a reassurance that the product quality wouldn’t be affected, but that a replacement would be sent out anyway for peace of mind. It’s very rare to experience this level of customer care - thank you Free Soul.
I would never use another brand, I am so happy I have finally found a brand that offers everything I need. I have tried many dairy free protein powders which sometimes left me feeling sick due to the taste or texture. This one is perfect.
