Fortunately they had a very generous discount when I decided to place my order . Free soul very kindly sent me the shaker beaker and some gummy’s as a free gift . I know now I can get my Protein into my diet as an enjoyable drink each day . I’m very happy I found Free soul . Thank you to the team .
I’ve been buying Free Soul products for years and have never had to deal with customer service before. Unfortunately, this first experience has really put me off continuing as a customer.I requested cancellation due to disability-related reasons, explaining that being disturbed early could trigger significant health deterioration, and this was ignored. Despite rescheduling delivery myself to give them extra time to act, no effort was made to escalate or prevent delivery. My final email wasn’t even acknowledged.As a result, the parcel was delivered earlier than expected, woke me unexpectedly and caused a health crash, exactly what I had warned would happen.What disappoints me most is not just the lack of support, but the lack of understanding or willingness to engage with a very simple accommodation request. As a long-term loyal customer, I expected far better care and professionalism. Sadly, this experience has damaged my trust in the brand.
I placed a subscription order for the chocolate protein powder, which I had already purchased previously. I love this protein powder, but what’s even better is that with my most recent order, I received a protein shake bottle and apple cider vitamin gummies free of charge! :)
Really quick delivery and a great range of products to choose from. Love the Chocolate protein as mixes well with everything. The Greens are lovely as a mid morning or afternoon drink and have noticed a big difference with my digestion with this product. I suffer with IBS and it seems to have calmed my symptoms and not feeling so bloated now.Love all the products are designed especially for women too working with women’s health need at whatever stage of life.
It is not the first time I ordered from Freesoul. I live in France and am used to paying the shipping fee. But this time, when the postman knocked on my door to get me to pay 12€ taxes I was really disappointed. I had purchased a Black Friday offer I think it was, there were some gifts included in my purchase. Let me tell you that I paid those gifts... so gutted. Nevertheless, I love the products!! And still would recommend!
