It is not the first time I ordered from Freesoul. I live in France and am used to paying the shipping fee. But this time, when the postman knocked on my door to get me to pay 12€ taxes I was really disappointed. I had purchased a Black Friday offer I think it was, there were some gifts included in my purchase. Let me tell you that I paid those gifts... so gutted. Nevertheless, I love the products!! And still would recommend!
I have been using the Freesoul protein powder for a couple of years now and is without doubt the best tasting protein powder out there. Added to which the customer service is second to none. So efficient and friendly, always accommodating. If you haven’t already tried it, I would certainly recommend you do.
Excellent products. Fantastic customer service. I’ve been using Free Soul products for some time. I decided to commit to their subscription service given the great price reductions for Black Friday. I received wonderful customer service from Tash & Georgie when I made an error in the subscriptions I made. I emailed customer services & was answered promptly. Not only were my subscription issues resolved, Georgie suggested a subscription bundle which saved me money. As a small company it is evident the commitment made to their products, their customers & the impact on the environment. Very happy customer!
Amazing the support team is helpful and quick to respond to any questions.Also it’s the first time I genuinely like the taste of a protein powder especially a vegetarian one. The mocha protein coffee tastes so good. Highly recommend!
