I've used Issly cleaning services twice in the past couple of months. Both times I've had issues on my side - either having booked the wrong day or needing to get keys to the cleaners - on both occasions the team have been incredibly helpful and flexible. Its also a very welcome change to have a person pick up the phone to speak to who can assist. Much better than a bot! Oh and the cleaning services are fantastic! I would highly highly reccomend them.
The customer client services team was friendly, courteous and patient. The cleaning team arrived early, were professional and meticulously cleaned the house and carpets. Unfortunately, I had a particularly difficult landlord who said she was not satisfied even though the house had obviously been professionally cleaned. What is really good of a company is the ability to recognise and accept mistakes were made. Even better is to the do 'whatever it takes' to rectify the mistakes and do it in a way that make the 'end product' even better. More ofthen than not organisations shy away and point the finger and leave everyone unhappy.
