We were very pleased with this company. The booking process was easy and the team very helpful. On the day of our End of Tenancy clean they were efficient, cleaned to a very high standard and left the property looking great. Would highly recommend and would most definitely use them again.

They did a thorough full house clean, and I'm delighted with the results. My experience with this company is always on the positive side - used them a couple of times for end of tenancy cleaning and I was always happy with the outcome.This was the main reason I called them for the more serious job I needed finished. I had my whole house renovated last month - had the walls repainted, the carpets and the wooden flooring replaced even some of the windows were changed with double glazed ones. After the renovation there were million paint drops all over the place and the dust was a serious issue I had to deal with - this required some serious cleaning and I was doubtful whether I could resolve this. It was a serious step to take and I really needed a firm professional hand to help with bringing the place back to normal and clean state. As I said ISSLY Cleaners were my first choice so when I called them to ask if they have this special type of serious deep after builders cleaning I was really relieved to hear their positive answer.As I had already used them so I was aware with the procedure - it`s a really easy to book and they always keep you posted with the arrival or any other details. On the day of the service the team arrived just on time. Their supervisor asked to be shown around, confirmed the small details - I was really impressed with that and it gave me the good feeling the process will be smooth. I came back at the end and inspected and the team was patient enough to wait for me and make sure I was pleased - this is what separates the truly professionals from the ordinary cleaners!Thank you for the service and I will definitely come back!

I hired Issly Task to perform our End of Tenancy clean. Like many, I was taken in by their fantastic reviews, but I can honestly say I have NOT received the amazing service I read all about. Not only was the cleaner 2 hours late, for which I was really understanding. After the clean I noticed so much dirt in our kitchen and bathroom and many areas that hadn't been cleaned that was advertised and on our invoice as part of the clean. E.g.Fan, radiators, doors cupboards, inside and outside etc. I then called out to the cleaner but she had already started walking off down the road and didn't even tell me she was leaving, before I had done a full walk around. I then stayed an extra hour cleaning all the areas that she had missed. I then reached out to Issly Task customer service with photos of the terrible clean and asked for a partial refund, for which they worked their way around multiple reasons why they 'legally' didn't have to, despite the fact that you pay for the service and agree to their terms before it's even completed. (This is how they trap you!) Issly Task provided me with a free clean instead, but as we were 2 days away from check out they couldn't fit us in (conveniently). Our landlord didn't want to use this cleaning service again (which I fully understood, as there wasn't much in terms of trust that Issly Task would still provide the up to standard clean for an End of Tenancy. In this case it was very much box standard and I could have done a better job myself! Off the back of this, we are having £168 deducted from our deposit. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your end of tenancy clean. This company are cheaper for a reason because they cheap out on cleaners!
The worst service that I've experienced. Please don’t believe the word “clean and polish” that they've used in the invoice. I used their service as move-in cleaning. Cleaning Service:They didn’t clean the oven for the first time. They came back to redo it but it's still greasy. They only wiped things externally. I used wipes to wipe the inside of the cupboards and drawers again after the 1st cleaning, it turned out yellow/grey. As my fridge was new, they didn't wipe it at all. I had to ask them to do it.Basically I had to clean the flat again by myself. I bought the cleaning service to make my life easy. BUT IT'S SIMPLY A WASTE OF MONEY!If you are looking for "clean and polish"/spotless, AVOID THIS COMPANY. Customer service:BAD ATTITUDE, IRREPONSIBLE AND POOR SERVICE.When I sent them the photos of the pile of wipes that was yellow and grey to show them that things were still dusty. They replied that it couldn't prove anything. I was honestly shocked as this reply was completely irresponsible. I didn't know how to show "dusty" with photos. I purchased carpet cleaning and they didn't do it during the 1st cleaning. They said they forgot to update the cleaners. Also. they didn't show up within the booked time. They were 3 hours late for the 2nd cleaning and they were hard to reach. I've called their hotline dozen times and no one answer. They did reply to emails but they vanished once I asked for compensation.Advice to dear readers:I chose this company because I also saw them reply to the negative comments here, not many companies would spend time on that. I thought this should be a responsible company and they turned out to be a complete disappointment. Because of their poor service and delay, I eventually finished moving my stuff at 1:30 AM! Can you all believe how crazy it was??I spent my time writing this because I don’t want anyone to have the same worst experience as I had. Hope this helps you all!Update after Reply:To Issly Task:I don't need your team back because I didn't believe that they could do a good job. If you could show me the evidence from your team to prove me wrong, I will re-write this review. Also, please do not use the word "hours". The second cleaning finished within an hour, which I have waited for 3 hours to get it. I have a video to show that oven wasn't clean after the 1st cleaning. I would have shown everything here if I was allowed to attach photos/videos.Lastly, please do show me the evidence that I’ve consistently sought a refund. I am not writing this review to get a refund. I don’t care about the money. I simply saw this as a bad purchase. Dear all, Because I couldn't show you all my emails, I wouldn't be able to show you that I didn't "consistently sought a refund". I didn't even contact this company after 4 Sep 2023, which they didn't reply to my last email when I said the cleaners were late and said that I need compensation. I only mentioned compensation once and they simply ignored it.I am being very honest here. You can all see that they refused to take any responsibility and tried to blame me instead.
