I recently hired the end-of-tenancy cleaning service, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The team was thorough and efficient, leaving every corner spotless. They paid attention to detail, and the result was a truly pristine space. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it for anyone in need of top-notch cleaning. Definitely a 5-star experience!
In very plain terms, do not book with these people. I wanted an end of term tenancy cleaning service but this was misrepresented by the person I spoke to over the phone. I had specifically called to clarify that what I needed done which included cleaning inside and outside my conservatory. Only to be told AFTER I had paid that the conservatory roofs cannot be cleaned and they do not have the know-how. My carpet which was included in the plan was also misrepresented. Issly did not tell me that the carpets will not be shampooed and deep cleaned, which was one of the reasons I'd ordered the service in the first place.The staff that arrived were unprofessional and didn't do a proper job and had to be prompted to do half a decent job. In summary, I should have simply hired a regular cleaner to do the cleaning at less than half the price. Unfortunately, I wasted my money on this service.
What a terrible service overall, the company should be ashamed of themselves.We booked a moving out clean on the day we moved out but they did an awful job and did not provide a deep clean like we had paid for. Multiple areas that were detailed on the invoice were missed and my housemates and I then had to spend another 2 hours cleaning the areas that had been neglected in order to meet the landlord’s expectations when we handed over the keys. We inspected the house while the cleaners were still there and told them the areas of concern, however their attitude was extremely dismissive - one of them sat crouched in the doorway, with what can only be described as a miserable face, while the other half-heartedly wiped a duster over the explained areas and then left.We then reached out to the customer service team explaining the issues while providing photo evidence of the poor service. Initially they told us the areas of concern were not listed in our invoice but offered a re-clean of these areas. However we’d already moved out of the property so this was not possible and I told them so, while also highlighting that the areas of concern were listed on the invoice and should have been attended to.After this, Adam from the customer service team became extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. They said that their terms state that once the service is rendered it becomes non-refundable - but how can we be dissatisfied and request a refund before the service is rendered?From reading through the other reviews on here, it appears as though we are not the first customers to have received a substandard service, and I am positive that we will not be the last. Save your money and clean yourselves or find an alternative company - Issly Task will just take the mick and then come at you with sarcasm and unprofessionalism when you reach out with a concern.
David and his colleague provided exceptional cleaning services. They exhibited professionalism, were pleasant to work with, and meticulously cleaned the property, adhering to all specified requests. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience highly satisfactory.
Arrived one hour later than scheduled. Gave me an initial estimate of 3-4 hours cleaning time. When 3 hours had passed they looked nowhere near finished, so I asked again when do they expect to finish as I had other commitments planned. They said they’re not sure. They ended up finishing after 6.5 hours. Communication not efficient as had to go back and forth many times to check if they’re finished. When I came to check at the end, the team leader was gone and no one available to go through my comments. The actual cleaning was good, but very disappointed with communication and not sticking to the agreed times.
