I booked an end of tenancy clean and expected to return to my property to find it in a better state than I left it….. oh was I wrong. I returned to find dark brown stains all over a cream carpet. I was horrified but the company admitted fault and agreed to come back to the property to rectify the problem by doing a professional carpet clean. However, they could not get the stains out and so when I understandably then asked for a refund for the cleaning service, instead of receiving this and an apology from the company (as a paying customer would expect in this situation) I received an absolutely disgusting call from the manager who was extremely rude and aggressive and proceeded to call me a liar (despite previously admitting fault and sending cleaners back to the property to clean the mess they had made of my carpet!)…. It was shocking to be spoken to like that by a manager of a company and to be called a liar!! Absolutely insane. Avoid this incompetent, aggressive and frankly disgusting company at all costs.
Great service always. I've used them a few times now to do end of tenancy cleaning and they've always made the place spotless. Very reasonably priced and its worth every penny, always got my deposit back without a fuss for the landlord.Thank you ISSLY TASK
Issly did very bad cleaning of the house. After paying the amount in full, on the day of cleaning, I was told to pay 70 GBP more or lose the service guarantee because the house is very dirty, which is obvious that's why I have used an end-of-tenancy cleaning service. On top of that two cleaners were supposed to come but only one turned up and started pointing out things that cannot be cleaned, before even trying. we had to show them that we clean those molds regularly (which they claimed will not go), and upon insisting they cleaned. They refused to clean the window sides which were dirty because technically they lie on the outside and don't come under the cleaning agreement. Overall pathetic service and lots of excuses.
The property that needed cleaning was very dirty and was a big job. After a rocky start with the cleaner that arrived was unable to deal with this the company sent two more cleaners. The lovely Vera reassured me and said it would all be fine. It took them nearly 5 hours to get to get the place sparkling. I was very pleased and happy . They were professional and got my new place liveable. Thank you guys 👍
