Do not use this service.I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Issly Task for a 3BR property. Four cleaners somehow spent 7 hours at the property with myself and my wife occasionally checking on things and pointing out what they had missed.Despite this, the house was left dirty (dusty, cobwebs, dirt on the floor, cleaner residue on the hob and hood, streaks in the toilet, dirt on the baseboards, limescale in the shower, uncleaned windows, etc). I had to spend hours of my own time cleaning the property properly after they left to ensure our deposit was returned to us.On top of this, given photo evidence of the poor cleaning, the complaint team just ignored the photos and instead tried to assert that I owed extra because (1) the hob had 6 burners instead of 4, (2) the washer and dryer were in a cupboard and thus this is a "utility room" and should cost extra, and (3) the cleaners had to dust the shutters on the windows, which apparently is extra despite the contract listing "Dust, wipe down, and remove cobwebs. Clean and polish all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Wash windows, sills, and ledges" for the bedrooms and living room. Then, having lost their argument about getting paid more for not cleaning in the first place, they simply asserted that there would be no refunds.In summary, absolutely do not use this company. Their cleaning is terrible and their customer service is terrible.----After the Issly Task response, which again simply ignores my complaints and actually lies (I have received no deposit back or refund or anything), I once agin strongly recommend that no one books this service.In response to the response, the property _could_ have been cleaned by a team of 2 professional cleaners. However, you sent 4 amateurs who didn't even know which cleaning products to use on a stainless steel cooktop. The other things I've already addressed in my original review.If there was only 10 minutes worth of cleaning in the photos, why was it still a problem after 7 hours?We did not "closely supervise". We had to have someone at the property to let the cleaners in and lock up after, so someone sat in another room working and checked on the cleaners every hour or so. This became more frequent as it became clear the cleaners did not know what they were doing.Once again, I've received no deposit or money back, so this is just a blatant lie.I told you a negative review would follow only after you refused to refund me or acknowledge any issues because what other recourse do I have? You're not willing to clean properly or provide a refund, so I'll have to make do with ensuring everyone knows what kind of company this is.Do not waste your time or money with this company.
Issly Task performed a Deep Clean at my house. I got the keys on the Friday and very quickly realised it needed a serious deep clean throughout.I contacted Issly Task and they replied promptly and were very professional and polite. They answered any questions I had and told me the cost upfront. Issly Task arrived early on the Monday. All I can say is WOW. They worked so hard from the top of the house to the bottom. Walls, skirting, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory were all scrubbed. They even removed ancient masking tape from so.e skirting boards. Black mould on Upvc windows was diligently removed.I was at the house for half of the time but had to leave to go to work.Being honest, I panicked at the filth in the property, but I am so pleased I chose Issly Task. They made an awful situation 100% better. They worked so hard and did such a good job and fully deserved every penny they charged, which was very reasonable. They were also trustworthy and left the key where I askdd them to.I highly recommend Issly Task.
