Very low level of service. House was left dirty. Complaint team refused to take any accountability claiming that the job was done. If you want to save your time, money and hassle, take your business somewhere else.In regards to your reply: Stop making up stories, there were never any pets in that property and your reply is just a waste just like the service.
I wouldn’t rely on this company if you need an end of tenancy clean and you want your deposit back. Unfortunately they just didn’t do the job well and this was pointed out on our check-out report, all in areas which the company claims to cover, e.g. insides of windows, bathroom tiles, WC. We regret paying the money as we could have done a better job ourselves, saved money AND got our deposit back. We initially left a nice review as we wanted to support small business, but only had very limited time to check the clean on the day as we were moving cities and so we missed some things. When we contacted their customer service team to point out the basic errors, they admitted them but seemed to think this was fine and didn’t feel it was the right thing to do to offer us any compensation. Don’t take the risk!
Although only one cleaner showed up, Vera is absolutely professional with the best attitude. She has worked until the place is spotless. She has worked continuously for 6 whole hours by herself. I respect her a lot. I think she deserves to be recognised as an individual. I’ll recommend her to all my acquaintances who need this service.
The level of service provided by both the administrative team and the cleaning crew that attended to my apartment has been nothing short of impeccable. A team of very ladies turned up and cleaned my property, at the end they called me back to inspect, which I did and I was very happy with the end results. My Landlady later inspected and wasn`t happy with a few things, I contacted the office and they arranged for the team to return the next day. Suffice to say my Landlady has agreed to release deposit. Thank you for a hassle-free service! I will be using your company again.
