Seriously sketchy I went on the website to look at hair wigs and put some in a basket because I was thinking about buying a few items and the next day I got a couple of payment transactions made on my PayPal account that I didn’t even select or approve. I didn’t submit to make a payment because I wasn’t going to buy but they somehow decided to choose for me and tried to charge my bank account connected with PayPal . Luckily, I was paying through PayPal and PayPal notified me of a fraud alert on my account set a charge $175 to my account but thought it was sketchy so they did not approve the purchase thank goodness otherwise Freyara.com would’ve taken the money out of my bank account “illegally “I’m very disappointed and I am SHOCKED that this company would actually have the audacity to charge me for some thing I did not purchase. I STRONGLY Advise not to put any payment information ON THIS WEBSITE if you’re not sure about buying — I also advise you to not try to set up an account because you never know if your credit cards going to get scammed / charged. Thank God I didn’t use my ATM debit or EFTOS card—- never trust them with your bank or credit card information….
Bought a Micro needling pen form here, when I tracked my order I realized that this is coming all the way from china.No where on the website does it state where the products are coming frim.I was concerned about the authenticity of the products and was told " The product is authentic and not to worry"I have then asked for a refund and then been sent a long email about the costs I would need to pay to return this.I wish I did more research before I bought from this company.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. I received my mirror days ago and the quality is not very good with the price of £200. So I have sent an email asking for the return, but I hears nothing so far. I have also sent message via WhatsApp and still waiting for a proper response. Avoid if you can.
Total con artists, not transparent about not being based in the UK, then request you send things back to China when want to return. Disappointed I’ve been caught out on this. The product purchased is shocking quality, an utter waste of time.
Bought a mirror, for £200 I expected better than cheaply made chinese goods - the build quality isn't great. The power supply came with a US plug rather than UK which was annoying. Overall, I'm satisfied with the item but would have expected better for the price.
Ordered some makeup brushes and was a little sceptical at first, but, the brushes have arrived and they are amazing! Great quality, look good and very decent price. Definitely worth it. Be aware that shipping may take a little longer but they are worth it.
