I was in two minds to buy the freyara hair straighteners, but after pondering a couple of weeks I went ahead and bought it, the tracking system was great! I only waited a week as I'm in the uk, and they turned up well packaged and in great condition. Works great as I tried it for 5 minutes on my hair. Very satisfied and happy with my service!
I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH NOW FOR SIX MONTHS WITH THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET A REFUND. THE MACHINE I RECEIVED DOES NOT WORK, PERIOD. THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO TRY THIS AND TRY THAT. THEY SAY SINCE THE LIGHT IS ON, IT IS HEATING.... WELL, THAT TELLS YOU RIGHT THERE THAT THEY ARE CROOKS AND MUST THINK PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY STUPID. A RED LIGHT MEANS THAT THE LIGHT BULB WORKS! I HAVE WISHED A THOUSAND TIMES THAT I HAD WENT THROUGH AMAZON.
***UPDATE: I realised it was my BANK that refunded me the full amount NOT Freyara, I still have not received ANY refund AT ALL from Freyara**I never received a refund or an apology.They sent me a completely different item to what was described and photographed. I paid $320AUD and waited weeks to receive it. And when I did receive it, it was incorrect. I was furious. I explained I was very unhappy and demanded a refund which was at first denied and told that they sent me the correct one. With much compromise I asked for a partial refund and told I would receive only $30AUD back. I waited again for this refund, for 2 weeks, no correspondence then today I received a refund of $320. (from my bank as I had to report freyara as a fraud/scam. What a disaster..Will never buy anything from them again. EVER. Seriously.
This company is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.order never delivered when followed up claimed attempted delivery and item would be destroyed if I don’t provide further address information. Except no delivery was attempted and another item from them had already been delivered. Plus we have multiple deliveries per week via all couriers. They are blatantly not fulfilling basic customer legal rights
Criminal, do not buy anything from this site. I’ve unfortunately bought a face LED product at this site and trusted the customer review on their website. When i got the parcel not only it is defective but the adaptor doesn’t fully plugged in having a gap for open live current that can cause serious problem since the LED facial product offers steam/spray ..I do not fancy to be electrocuted. Also, I noticed that the water container has already moisture in it that it seems it has been pre-used and there’s some rust inside. I reached out to their support via email, WhatsApp and ticket system no response. I read their return and refund policy it’s so ridiculous that they will ask you to pay everything to return a defective product and they still have the final decision to refund you.If you are reading this take it as a sign DO NOT BUY!
If I could give less stars I would. Do not buy from this company. I regret that I bought a lighted makeup mirror from them and it arrived broken. After sending a requested video of how the mirror wasn’t functioning properly, that it was constantly blinking and unusable I did not hear back from them. After 3 weeks of waiting for a response I have decided to call my Amex company so I can complain and hopefully get a full refund. This company has 0 customer service. Will not respond to you so I regret buying anything from them in the first place. Beware.
