Review Time
I purchased the 9-in-1 cavitation machine, which functioned for no more than 20 minutes. While using the laser lipo feature, there was a sudden loud crack from the machine, accompanied by a burnt electrical smell. I have attempted to contact the company twice via WhatsApp and have sent three emails, all without receiving a response.Beware, these devices are dangerous, and the company does not support customer enquiries.

I have brought a 40K cavitation machine. I had been a little naive and didn't read the reviews, to be quite honest there are few bad which would of put me off & yes it was not until after I had paid that I realised it was coming from abroad. The stress I was feeling because first I thought have I been scammed 🤔 then I was thinking what if I have to pay additional charges and taxes on top of the cost of the goods 😰. I waited a week and was on that tracking system everyday. I was so relieved when it came through the post. It was well packaged with English written instructions. I took it out of the box everything was as it should have been but then the stress started creeping in again. As I was putting it together I was thinking what if it doesn't work so here we go again the stress I felt before I turned that red 🔴 switch on🥺. Red switch on screen working the joy! 💃. I followed the instructions & there is a YouTube vid you can watch. My first try I have only used the lower settings. Everything in good working order thank goodness! So although it was a stressful time for me the actual company I have no complaints! I received notifications from payment to how to track the item. So in all I would purchase from them again. Good quality machine for a good price what more can you ask for!😁
I was very scared after making the purchase because I had read some terrible reviews!! In my opinion, the reviews I read are not true because the order arrived in perfect time, order as described and I will order from Freyara again, thank you Infinite. I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews.
Bought a make-up mirror with 20 times magnification. Got a chinese fake product with lower magnification. Returning to shenzen/ china cost 50€. Communication from China very slow. They want to grant the price, but not the retour. This is not a German company, but based in China. Do not buy anything from Freyara.
I wasn't sure about the App, was first time order on them, and i tested them about smaller things...I waited 3 weeks from RSA to receive my parcel I thought I got scammed but in few days I received the email updating me about my parcel and I received and am happy about thank you Freyara the straightner is doing amazing job...
