Bought 2 products from them and I had great experience, the first product “ 4in1 40K Radio-frequency Vacuum Ultrasonic Cavitation Machine” works like magic, I already see my skin getting firmer and clearer and my tummy is tighter and snaller. Thats why I decided to purchase the 3 in 1 mini RF machine to use in my bed room. This product exceeded my expectation, its smaller and easy to operate, just perfect. I had use it once and already saw inprovement on my eye lid as its get lifted and firmer. Im still waiting for my light therapy mask to arrive and I am sure I will continue purchase from this company. The communication with them had been a great pleasure as all my question were answered promtly and they have always been so supportive and informative. Thank you Freyara ❤️❤️❤️
FY-ORDER-6-243632This site is a scam from China. I get burned by a product that I paid over 300 EUR ! I was forced to see a doctor even if I didn’t try it on my face (picture).Although the website states that returns are possible, they are in fact impossible. The seller requests to specify that a product purchased for more than 300 EUR is actually only worth 20 EUR in order to avoid customs duties !! This seems unbelievable.The product is not worth 20 EUR, and it’s clearly impossible to obtain a refund.It looks like goal of customer support is to discourage you. Stay away from it.
I purchased the 80k machine and am very happy with it. Easy to use and works if you commit to using it regularly. Customer services answered a query I had within a day and I cannot fault them. Delivery took longer than expected but it arrived well packaged without any issues. I would recommend this company.
I’ve recently bought 3 items from Freyara and the all perform to satisfaction (though still early days). I got :1. Light therapy scalp massager - it’s sturdy and of high quality and now one of my fav routine incorporated.2. Facialdefy 2.0 - great quality and have tried the RF n EMS functions, will try the HIFU mode next 3. Mini 40K Ultrasonic Cavitation device - good quality and easy to use.Customer service is prompt when I asked about shipping status and product info in general via both email and WhatsApp.Pls keep up the good work - I’ll be buying more from you for sure.
I just got the product and excited to use it! The price was very reasonable, shipped on schedule, instant notification of delivery. If it does some (hopefully all) of what the spas charge by the area and visits. Will be so totally worth it!
It was my first order at this website so i didn’t know anything about it.Shipping from China was way faster than expected!The product itself looks high quality but had a fault which can always happen.The customerservice immediatly started to help me and was very kind.So even when you have a problem they will solve it.I will definitely order again!
Great experience shopping with Freyara and lots of information available on the site to help with choices. It would help if when orders are placed that you can track the delivery or at least give an approx date for delivery on the order confirmation. Did reach out to support and got immediate feedback and assistance. All in all a good exprience
