I ordered an LED mirror took 2 weeks to arrive from China £117, smashed to pieces, I’m still waiting for a replacement mirror. I would never order from this company again, rubbish rubbish, do not buy from them !!
My experience started off poorly — I cancelled my order within 2days, but the company initially refused, claiming it had already shipped, even though tracking showed otherwise. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal to get a refund.After that, communication increased significantly and I did eventually receive my refund. I appreciate the resolution, but it took far more effort and persistence than it should have. I hope the company improves its cancellation process and overall customer service going forward.I’m giving 3 stars because the situation was resolved in the end.
I’ve been using the light therapy cap from Freyara for about 2 months now. The design is lightweight and comfortable, and the cap is easy to use at home while doing other things like reading or watching TV.After around 4-5 weeks of consistent use (3-4 times a week), I started noticing less hair fall and some new baby hairs along my hairline. It’s not a miracle overnight solution, but I do feel it’s helping stimulate healthier growth over time.The product came well-packaged and matched the description on the website. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about usage.Overall, I’m satisfied so far and will continue using it to see longer-term results.
the customer service is great, they follow up with all your inquiries and questions and help you find the solutions, the people are friendly, kind and respectful.. the devices I ordered all look great (not cheap quality), I already used some. if you can be consistent you will see the results! face massager with red light already did amazing on my face! cant wait to see the results from cavitation procedure!
