Products look nice but break after 6 months, shower broke meaning tiles had to be removed and vanity unit blown which meant a new floor. Frontline es ted nothing to do with it. Avoid
I purchased a 4 door shower screen some years ago from a local dealer .Went back to dealer to buy the parts I need to be told I wouldn’t get any.I was absolutely devastated as I’m not in a position to purchase a new shower screen and there isn’t nothing wrong with the one I’ve got apart from needing new shower seals for the bottom of the glass.I rang customer service and spoke to Andrew who let me explain what I needed etc.He helped me straight away.I can’t thank him enough for helping me.,he is an absolute credit to this company.
I purchased a Frontline shower many years ago from a local supplier, anyway I needed to replace a few parts due to general wear and tear over the 10 years.I sent an email off to Frontline Bathrooms to see if there was anything they could do. I received a response from 'Andrew P', saying he'd try and help. Usually this company only deals directly with retailers, but Andrew could see that I'd have difficulty ordering these parts via a third party and kindly agreed to allow me to order directly from them and confirmed how I needed to make the payment. The parts then arrived promptly, which was fantastic. Some of the parts had to go on back order, however from the first point of contact with Andrew, he took ownership of my request and went above and beyond to help me out.This was a massive help to me, as means I didn't have to replace my shower unit and it should now last for another 10 years (I won't hassle Andrew again then!!)Thanks againAdam
It is very rare these days that you can praise a company for phenomenally excellent customer service, but Andrew from Frontline Bathrooms provided just that. I am a pensioner fitting my first ever shower cubicle (a stylish Aquaglass Velar by Frontline). Needless to say, I did hit a few technical difficulties and Andrew was sooo helpful - always at the end of an email or phone to provide answers, guidance, suggestions drawings etc. Nothing was too much trouble, and I now have a nice new beautiful shower cubicle. Thank you so much Andrew and Frontline!
My experience was excellent.I contacted their customer service department for help with some spare parts. I dealt with Rachel, who was very responsive and helpful. It's the kind of service I'd want from a high-end supplier.I've had their shower enclosure for over 5 years, and it's great quality, so I'm surprised by the bad reviews.
Frontline Bathrooms sells to the trade. They supplied well but I don’t think this company has a true sense of fair play when problems arise. In my experience they laid the whole blame with me, the customer, so they didn’t offer anything to assist or compensate. When I approached them their customer care was slow and poor, and they had no empathy that things weren’t right. That said, they agreed a bath panel return. Frontline failed to address damage to a bath I bought. The bath Frontline supplied was damaged with a scratch along the front rim. There was no damage to the plastic film covering this spot on the bath so in my inspection I assumed what was under the plastic film protection was good. My fitter partially fitted the bath then lifted the film and then the scratch was revealed. It can only have been an escaping defect from the manufacturer, but no such reasoning was accepted by Frontline. Frontline finally acknowledged the possibility of a manufacturing defect but said my installation had gone too far. They simply quoted their terms without any constructive consideration to the fact the damage was hidden under a protective layer. They basically said I was out of terms, which strictly speaking I was, because the bath was partly installed when we found the scratch. So because of this they would do nothing.A more reasonable approach by Frontline might have been been to recognise the manufacturing defect and work out a compromise but that didn’t happen. Don't expect any goodwill compromises from Frontline.Because of my own experience I would not knowingly use Frontline again.
