Start off saying Fubo tv is terrible

Start off saying Fubo tv is terrible, recently I cancelled my subscription and received an email saying the service would be cancelled the 27th of September 2:11 pm.With the email confirmation I had no ideal that I would be charged an additional 108 dollars for the month of October.Still fighting this charge, so much for being a long term customer , they still want to scam you out of one more over priced payment.

App needs credit card edit work

The agent i had knew what to do and was very helpful. However the credit card app needs some fixing. No way to edit my autopay card for new expiration and secure code. Could not remove current card to reinstate. Scan of new card didn't work either. Erred stating card number already in use. Run by AI. Finally AI took me to a live agent. He could change the editing process on his side. If you're going to use sutopay at least give consumer a viable means to edit this seemingly simple process so as not to waste my time trying.

Deceptive Advertising and Improper Billing by FUBO

I subscribed to FUBO under the impression that I was entering a complimentary 30-day trial period. The first two days were free; however, on the third day I was charged $75. This is not the arrangement I agreed to when I initiated my subscription, and I find the offer to be misleading.The only favorable outcome has been the ability to cancel my service and receive a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot continue doing business with a company that engages in such questionable and deceptive practices.

worst customer service i ever dealt with!If If there was an option for zero stars that’s what i would give. Sad part it was the Highest available manager there that denied my promotion that’s I should’ve received! I signed up for a 24 hour free trial and call back in within my 24 hours and wanted to commit to 12 months to receive promotion and they said no
