Love you mobile tv Sevice when I needed it. Never had a problem with it. But your automated system is really bad!!! I tried for 3.5 hours to cancel my subscription, because I moved and got access to cable TV. Finally at my request the automated strength gave me a phone number. Took about minute wait time. Then Angel handled my cancellation in about if not less than 5 minutes. Thank Angel you were great. If I ever need Fubo again I will gladly use it. But the only reason I canceled is because I can get cable tv. I could not afford both because I am now a limited/fixed income. Thank you again Angel!!!
I was led to believe that Major League Baseball was part of a free trial. I signed up, hoping to see the Toronto Blue Jays in the Semifinals. There were no baseball games available, so I decided to cancel my subscription. I have seen numerous reviews stating how difficult the cancellation process is, and after navigating the process many people were still getting billed. A few years ago, Amazon was fined by the American courts for deliberately making their cancellation process for Amazon Prime as difficult as possible. The courts said that the cancellation process should be as easy as the sign up process.
I signed up for Fubo October 20 for a free trial period. I was told that it wouldn’t automatically subscribe for me for a longer period. After the free trial I was charged $45.99 for a further subscription. I received no emails from Fubo, both when I signed up and again when they charged me the $45.99, so I have no order number. I tried to contact them, everything was a chat. Then I was told that I could talk with someone over the phone. It was still a chat, only with me punching in numbers for a series of suggested answers! I was never able to watch Fubo on my TV, it kept telling me that my password was incorrect, I reset it, and was told I had already used that password. I reset the password multiple times but it was always the WRONG password. I was able to watch two games on my phone, no way to watch a baseball game. I have contacted Fubo for a refund and am waiting to hear back. I don’t like the way they never email or text so there is nothing from them in writing.
I’ve attempted to cancel my Fubo TV subscription four times now, but it keeps getting reactivated. The charge was made on a rarely used credit card, and I only noticed it recently for the fifth time, charging my card $135 a month. I’ve paid for an entire year’s worth of Fubo TV without using it. I’m now canceling for the fifth time in four years. I’m trying to figure out how to completely remove my billing and personal information from Fubo, and I’m also calling my credit card company to ensure that no further charges from Fubo TV are allowed in the future. I’ve switched to YouTube TV and will never go back to Fubo TV.
I signed up for the Free Trial, and the day before it was due to end I went in to try to cancel and it said “No subscriptions to cancel”, so I deleted my account. 3 days later a charge pops up for $91.98. I emailed Fubo right away. They made me send them the EXACT same card details FOUR e-mails in a row, saying there was no purchase on their end with that card. Then, finally, they send me an e-mail that they found my charge but they won’t issue a refund. I even have the screenshots from the day before my subscription was due to end when I changed my password and was trying to delete my free trial so I wouldn’t get charged. Now I’m waiting to hear back from BOA about the dispute, because Fubo stole my money.
Hooked me into the free trial. I then went on the day before it was due to end to try and cancel it, where I was met with “You don’t have any current subscriptions to cancel.” so I deleted my Fubo account. 4 days LATER I get a charge on my statement for $92 for some Fubo sports package. I attempted to get my money back and they didn’t care and told me they can’t issue a refund. This is why you spend with a Banks money so you can dispute and get it back. Bunch of scamming frauds.
Foremost, I was actually heard…this was after a sent an email to support concerning a glitch in their online subscription setup. They took the time to read my entire email about the problem, immediately addressed the issue, and provided a simple way to continue the process.
