Fubu is still charging me $118mo and I’ve never used it!

Fubu is still charging me $123 mo for service that i never signed up for! At least not internationally. Your deceptive app immediately pushes you to a “JUST CLICK HERE” icon. If someone does accidentally or because it’s just a big shinny button in a sea of uselessness. It’s designed to initially frustrate customers to only then offer an easy fix. Just Click Here…..and BOOM you’re signed up to one of the Most Expensive streaming services available! Do You trick little old ladies for fun on the weekends or as a general hobby? Terrible Terrble yet cockily expensive! Interesting business model!

I got what they offered bare minimum

I got what they offered bare minimum. Streaming wasn't that good(not for 90$ a month +tax) Canceled my subscription 2 days before my trial period and 2 days later they still charged my card. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get back what was never there's to begin with(98$). Horrible promotion service. Extremely disappointed. You can do way better. YouTube TV does better and way cheaper. They give you REAL promotions too!!!!

Increasing and Continued Problems

Have had numerous problems with the guide and favorites, their tech service has been no help and today, when we continually tried to watch the South Florida at Miami college football game, Fubo kept telling us "Something Went Wrong." "We're currently experiencing a technical issue and are working to restore this channel ASAP. Thank you for your patience." This started happening earlier in the week and has only gotten worse. We have done everything they suggested for trouble shooting with negative results. They were great in the past but kind of suck now and are not dependable.On 9/18/2025, Fubo responded to my post, expressing their regrets for my experience and offering their technical assistance. The problem is after numerous email exchanges about a month ago RE my "favorites" sequential order disappearance issue and their promise to resolve that issue, they still haven't. The technical issue I wrote about originally, resolved itself after the football game was complete. Adding insult to injury for that lack of game viewing ability experience. My recommendation is to take these issues for action when they occur, not two days later but they don't have that capability. Just an ineffective chat and subsequent email tech assistance, rather than anything live.

7 day trial scam

Tried 7 day trial when we went to cancel it said no card on file and after 3 months of not noticing I was being charge I called back and it said the same automated message no card on file or zip code after escalating to a live human all of a sudden it was found they credited one month but wouldn't credt the I other 2 which started at $117 the unauthorized charged me $147 and won't refund me its a complete scam be aware
