The agent listened to my issues and wanted to go through troubleshooting. When I explained that I had already gone through the steps, she wrote the ticket instead of making me spend 30 minutes going through the troubleshooting again. That was nice

They won’t stop charging your card after you cancel then you call and ask why they keep charging and they say well we shouldn’t be I know that now please stop

The representative was polite and…

The representative was polite and understanding. But I did tell her that FUBO need to change how you display DAZN on your website. It should say this is not included in your FUBO subscription. Highlight it so we don't accidentally click on it. Plus it 1 click away. It doesn't give you options what kind of plan you can select. Look at Prime Video for an example on how it should be displayed and safe for customers to give an option.

Very courteous tech adviser who resolved the issue in about 10 minutes

Very helpful phone tech individual who very quickly resolved my issue by utilizing several methods until it finally got resolved; probably did it all in approx 10 minutes!

They don't make it easy to sign up

They don't make it easy to sign up. Their payment screen wouldn't accept multiple cards (none had a balance). Tech support got on chat and said they would need to get the billing department involved and said they were transferring me. Left chat open another 30 minutes without a response.

Totally expensive for a choppy feed

Totally expensive for a choppy feed. All my other streaming services work perfectly fine yet this one was pretty much crap. I canceled immediately after about an hour of a game that was basically slow buffering at best. Thankfully, it was baseball so I am old enough to be able to “watch” it on the radio. The whole spirit of baseball games the sound. When it sounds like somebody is putting it through a blender makes no sense. And also I tried to play ESPN radio since the blending noise was super annoying. MINUTES behind live play. Plus the fees just for SPORTS? So many other services available. Don’t choose this one.

cancelled the account and was still getting charged. I went to go through the process of deleting my account but the verification emails are scams that don't allow you to log in to verify. This is the worse subscription I have ever dealt with.
