Local sports (fanduel) is not an add on. That's confusing.

The gentleman who dealt with my issue knew immediately what my issue was and took care of it. Apparently the local sports add on is not really an add on. It's part of a different package. By changing my plan from Pro to Elite for the same price, the problem was resolved. When I asked Google how to remove local sports ( fanduel) it instructed me to navigate to subscription and remove the add on. I didn't know that local sports was part of a different package and not an add on, even though it shows separately on my monthly bill.

I did not realize the trial was 1 day

I did not realize the trial was 1 day. I thought it was 1 month. I only said I’d take the mlb channel for the trial (1month) so I could watch the playoffs which were on tbs which isn’t even on fubo! And I wanted it specifically for watching hockey games which apparently are blacked out unless you get the local add on. I would not recommend fubo to anyone! My daughter was thinking of getting it but I’m telling her not to! I was charged$103 and that was with a $30 discount for the first month!! Ridiculous!!

Not worth the money

Two things i looked for, My game was postponed while another game was in overtime, so banner said you can view it on ESPN+, but You do not offer ESPN+. Strike one! I subscribed to an extra, Paramount plus, so that I could cancel my stand alone subscription to it. There is a series that i watch and do not want to give up. Of course, you do not offer that series on your Paramount Plus. It is Tulsa King. I double checked with agent and she said you do not offer it. Strike 2. And your price is way higher that it should be for what you offer. I prefer YT tv, or Sling to Fubo. Strike 3, canceled.

Free trial misery…

Sent to "Just Answer" directly from your on-line support to have them help me cancel. Ended up with another company to cancel. Absolutely no help from on-line support. Successful cancellation by contacting subscription group and after a lengthy wait on hold was finally able to cancel my free trial.

They were able to help me with a trial I tried, I never used it but anyways they were able ro accommodate a refund due to rhe issue . Awesome customer service and understand how life works thanks

The good and not so good

The not so good first. I did not like not having access to local stations, especially not being able to watch my PBS station. Other channels were good. I think in my case the trial offer was too short. I didn’t get to explore Fubo enough to get comfortable with it. I had a very difficult time finding a link to cancel my subscription, a very difficult time. The app is not as intuitive, easy to navigate as it could be. On the good side I think the price is reasonable. The channel selection is good, except for the lack of local stations. The screen definition is good. This is a mostly nice package. I would really like a longer free trial period. I am an old man and don’t absorb new information as quickly or easily as I used to so that would be helpful to me. I would like to have local stations. I spoke to Maria in customer care this afternoon and did a wonderful job taking care of me. She did a great job! I want to try Fubo again in a few months.

REFUSED TO HELP

A week ago I saw that FUBOTV had a 5 day free trial to subscribe to their network. Today I went to sign up and it showed a 1 day trial. I talked to support to get a weeks trial, like other companies do, and they refused. The manager/supervisor would not even help. This is a sorry company.

Deceptive marketing

What you advertise and what we find when we sign up are two different things. You advertise a 3 day free trial but when we sign up its 24 hours. Not enough to evaluate a weekend of sports to see if we want it. Also, your price is advertised at one price and then your add ones make it out of reach for us. We will not be staying with Fubo due to yuour business practice and lack of trust I have with these factors.
