Terrible company policies

Terrible company policies! Overall liked the product but don't agree with company ways. Paused my account for 6 months on March 15th. March 29th they charge me for the next month. Text chat with the agent and they don't refund payments. When I told them it was paused 2 weeks prior still refused to refund. Error on their end completely but still company policy. Only way to refund was to cancel the account. So no more FUBO TV for me now or in the future. Easily could have admitted fault/mistake on their end. Nope. 1st time to vent about a company and I waited a few days to respond to FUBO directlly and this site came up for reference. Keep emails and receipts like I did or you will be stuck paying for their mistakes!

A 5 day free trial was advertised

A 5 day free trial was advertised, which I signed up for. I was charged full price after 1 day. I complained and was told it had been changed to a 1 day free trial and that the 5 day offer had expired in the minutes between me reading it, and me signing up. This is dishonest and deceptive in my opinion.

It's amazes me how my membership rate…

It's amazes me how my membership rate increased by almost 6% in the course of a year or slightly longer. I was happy with Fubo up until now, with the rate increase I have to chose and consider other more practical options! This is not a good way to retain customers!

Unable to access a channel…

I called because your channel lineup includes the Yes Network and I have not been able to access it. It is THE most important channel to me. I am a die hard NY Yankee fan. The young man told me that I should be able to access that channel. This is why I cancelled Fubo.

They literally block you from being…

They literally block you from being able to access the account page again to remove your payment details or delete your account. They give you a huge run around and its insane.......

hooray for FUBO!

I could not get my recordings on the Golf Channel to play for about a week. After calling FUBO my issue was cleared up after a few hours. I predominantly watch The Golf Channel so it was very important to me, especially with a big game coming up this weekend.
