I had added the Sports Pro package by…

I had added the Sports Pro package by mistake, so I called 10 min. later to have it reversed and go back to my Annual Sports Package (Aug/25 to Aug/26. Was told it couldn't be done and I would have to call back in Jan/26 to cancel, then renew for the original package. How can something so simple end up being so difficult, time-consuming and costly (have to pay $60 for one month). Fubo is all about money not customer satisfaction. Terrible service

Im watching a recorded game

Im watching a recorded game. When I hit the remote. Icons come up with other shows. Including the game I am watching. The game icon says the live score. Game ruined. Hate Fubo now. I hope someone gets fired

I’ve been paying for Fubo for two years…

I’ve been paying for Fubo for two years now just to watch football and this year has been a complete disaster. Service has been terrible, so bad it’s a continuous search. Having to sign in every other week is unnecessary and beyond aggravating. I will be looking at other options ASAP.

Ease of cancelling FUBO

I wanted to try the 7 day free trial but had forgottenI used the free trial in January 2025.When I activated the account, there was a pendingcharge of $97.46 so I called to cancel this transaction.The agent was very helpful in processing thiscancellation request.

Fubo scammed me

Fubo scammed me. I started the free trial, went to cancel and the only option was to sign up for a plan. It said "your plan is no longer available" - yet come the end of my free trial they automatically picked a new plan for me a signed me up. I WAS UNABLE TO SELECT CANCEL. I was charged 75.00 - called customer service to be told by a robot "we don't issue refunds"

Continued charges even after cancelling.

I noticed the day my plan was set to cancel that I was charged again for another month at a lower tier plan than the one I was originally subscribed to. I also got emails welcoming me back to Fubo when I definitely did not renew my subscription.They were quick to refund me and cancel my subscription, but either there is a data breach, or Fubo is purposefully continuing to charge accounts after you cancel, even when declining any retention offers. Either way, this doesn't seem like an honest mistake.
