The agent truly helped with my two issues.One of the reasons I moved to Fubo from Youtube.tv was the horrid lack of customer service. I have been a Fubo subscriber for many years and I have been disappointed only once. Tonight I was greatly helped with professionalism and kindness, which make a perfect combination! Customer service is an art. Thank you for taking pride of doing it right.
I called to change my email. He made it so easy. I explained that I don’t get my local channels due to my IP address and he said it was easy to change. Now understand I tried to fix this with Fubo awhile ago and got nowhere. I went in circles with Verizon and Fubo. Your tech had it changed with in minutes. I think his name was Dani. But I am not sure. This guy needs a raise. I’m so grateful for the resolutions. He was very patient and clear about everything
It took me from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM to resolve my issue. I called FUBO in September and asked that my billing date be changed to a later date during the month. I was assured it was done. Well, the auto payment was taken out yesterday instead of the 25th of November. I called yesterday to correct the issue and received an AI ( so irritating when I call to speak to a REAL human), and then I was left on hold for a long time. I was offered a callback (and yes, I went through all the prompts!) I never received a call back. I finally got Corey at almost 7:00 PM
Variety of programming is good.One helpful improvement would be to enable frame-by-frame viewing of a program when using the forward or reverse function (I recently switched over from YouTube TV and that feature was available there when using the forward/reverse function to search for a particular segment of the show of interest).
